You wait too long even with appointment!!! Theyre just unproffessional! Theyre staff seem unhappy to work there and seem intimidated by the Doctor. Ive heard him complain about not getting out in time in front of patients and he responds to his staff negatively. Every time I go they have someone new working there. Ive been going to Vision Source the past 2 years and this is the last time I ever set foot there. They make me wait a long time even when I just go to pick up my contacts. Be ready to wait at least 45 mins to see the Doctor. They do have hidden fees. I agree with the previous comment I think they write theyre own reviews. Im sorry but the Doctor is not as thorough as they make it seem. Ive had enough eye exams in my lifetime to know what to expect when I go see an Optometrist. I asked him what contact brands I could try with my astigmatism and he gave me the run around he just suggested to stick with the same brand. I kept telling him I had dry eyes and he wasnt very helpful. I had a very unpleasant experience a few mths ago. After my exam I waited in the lobby to be checked out for a long time then to top it off when I get to the receptionist she didnt know what my insurance covered. I tried explaining to her what I had done the previous year there and she kept telling me the person who billed my insurance no longer worked there. It wasnt til I had a manager involved that the issue was resolved. Of course the issue was resolved an hour after I was done with my exam. I am very dissapointed in this place and am sorry I ever went there!

I would give this place 4 out of 3 if there is a 4 for me to choose from. Well, Dr. David Jacobson was very helpful and caring during my eye examinations. Most importantly, the manager (Darelene) demonstrated a great deal of professionalism and consideration. My experience was that she is willing to put herself into others shoes when taking care of customers requests. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses on Thursday night and paid in full. Due to my personal complication, I had to go in and cancel the order Friday afternoon. Darelene was very nice in the process of assisting me by calling the lab and giving me no hard time to obtain my refund at all. I will be receiving my refund in the form of check in less than a week (I cannot get the refund right away is because the owner has to sign the refund check in person.) I value Darelenes willingness and attitude highly. Also, another associate (Nicole) was very kind and helpful in assisting customers selecting eyegalsses frame and lenses as well. I will let my friends know this place whenever they ask for my opinion. It is convenient that my office is also right around the corner to this place. I am a consumer who actually experienced their decent customer services. I will speak for myself and I prove this message.

I enjoyed an AWESOME experience at the Vision Source Greenway-Galleria. My appointment was on September 16, 2016 @ 10:40 a.m. Upon my arrival at 10:40a.m. while entering the door I was greeted by the entire staff. I first met Brandy Dorsey at the front desk signed in and completed paper work, she was very kind and very pleasant to work with. Then I had the distinguish pleasure to be served by Kalyn Bowie, she was Magnificent, Professional, Kind, thoughtful and considered. She has a tremendous level of confidence in her professional skill sets, excellent communicating skills and extremely knowledgeable in answering my many questions. She makes you feel very comfortable in her abilities to serve you, Great Job Kalyn. Candie Andaya provided me with excellent service w/my contacts and went the extra step to help me with coupons to minimize my cost. What a GREAT Team at the Vision Source Greenway-Galleria. What a GREAT and Fantastic visit I had today, keep up the EXCELLENT work team!!!

I had a problem with my contact lenses and I had to stop in to Vision Source as an emergency before a holiday trip. Due to a cancellation, they were able to take my appointment almost immediately. Roderick and the office staff were very helpful, carefully reviewing my insurance information and helping me to determine which carrier would provide the best coverage for me. They even estimated my out-of-pocket expenses BEFORE my exam began. Dr. Jacobson was very friendly, patient and thorough. He made me aware of a minor condition that had developed with my eyes and recommended a course of action that would help mitigate any problems. Kendra, the new office manager was also tremendous, and made some suggestions regarding new eyeglass frames that had just come in. The entire staff is both friendly and professional. And with their location, they are extremely convenient to anyone in the Greenway Plaza area. I can recommend Vision Source without hesitation.

I came in for an annual checkup...past due. The entire staff, Dr Jacobson, Dr Shatleh, Brandi, Candy, Evelyn and Ray were nothing less than STELLAR. I had problems with the first set working for me correctly and Ray worked relentless with me to get the "bend" just right. When that did not work, they rechecked my eyes and since I was coming off prednisone, Dr J picked right up on the changes that could make. Even the 2nd set was not working and they worked as a real team to get the right combination of prescription, lenses, production, and "bending" to get a set that works PERFECTLY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vision Source Greenway Galleria. I am a career pilot and PERFECT VISION is critical to me..... I am so glad that I found the professionals at Vision Source Greenway Galleria that can provide such service and products! THANKS AND ILL BE BACK!....(BN - next year for my annual :>)

Botched prescriptions and poor service Will never return to this location ever. Went in and was "serviced" by Harley who was not friendly at all. He has an absolute attitude that he is never wrong. All the while they neglected to use the prescription provided by the doctor. Even argued with the doctor and then the insurance company when trying to get the correct prescription lenses. Even though there was no cost to them. My insurance company had to reset my eligibility so that I could go to another Vision center outside of Vision Source to complete the transaction. The experience explains why they have signs displayed through out the store that they do not provide refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Horrible... if you value your time and money please go else where.

I brought in my glasses for repair on Friday, and Stewart fixed them and did not charge a dime. While he was repairing my glasses , he offered you coffee and water while i waited. Two other people also greeted me to make sure i had been helped, a lady with short hair and a thin woman. I was so impressed and will be back for an eye exam when i am due, because it was busy and I didnt have much time. But despite being so busy, everyone still made me feel right at home. I already told my friends about how wonderful the people are here and they will be going in for their own needs. Thank you once again, Stewart for being so patient and kind. And thank you Evelyn for making sure I had all my questions answered.
