Incredibly through, professional and caring. I have needed an eye exam yearly since I was 12. This is the most thorough and pain free eye exam I have ever had. Brad and Dr Knapp where very thorough in examining my eyes with field of vision tests and other tests I had never seen before. I was very impressed when Dr Knapp first tried to examine my eyes without dilation telling me that if he could not see enough he would apply just the right strength of dilation so that the after effects would wear off quicker. He ended up not needing to do any dilation at all which was amazing! Dr Knapp and Brad had a very caring bedside manner and I could ask any questions I needed at any time. Even unrelated to current problems if I was concerned about the future. I am very confident in their work and really appreciated their bedside manner. The cost was very affordable! 55$ for the most thorough friendly eye exam I have ever had. (No insurance). I would highly recommend to anyone! The wait time to get an appointment was also very fast, I called to make an appointment yesterday and was able to get one today. Highly underrated gem. I am tempted to tell my family to go see this eye doctor when they come visit me.
