On yesterday I visited this TSO. I was there to get my routine eye exam. This is the very first TSO which took me right when my appointment began for 11:30 A.M. Dr. Tai was very very helpful and profession in caring for my eyes as I have dealt with an abundance with my health. She encouraged care. Not only did she do an outstanding job serving me as her patient, but she went beyond Z. Then she proceeded with a follow up to ensure I have further care. The tenant cared for me as well. She combined my wnsuramcwa to ensure I was able to use the insurance packages to take care of my needs. I was also informed of eye care credit. I have been going to TSO for years. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Keep it up TSO on Greens rd.

I have been coming to this office for over 6 years. The downside is that the turnover of doctors is high. In the past 6 years I have seen 5 doctors. A new doctor with every yearly exam. State of the art equipment, very thorough and friendly customer service. Wait time is never extremely long. Walk-ins welcomed. Very clean and comfortable environment. One con would be that they do not give you a complimentary box of saline solution with your contacts. I asked for solution and the young lady gave me a $2.00 off coupon. That was very tacky. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend to others.

I recently visited this TSO and couldnt believe fast friendly customer service still existed! Its not very often anymore that you can visit a retailer and feel welcomed and important. If you need eye care and love friendly customer service, then this is the place for you. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks guys and have a Merry Christmas. P.S. If you want to see Santa without his beard, he is at this location.

Really unhappy with the service at my TSO... I am completely out of contacts and tore my right contact at work this morning. I called this TSO and was told I needed to buy a box of contacts before receiving a trial pair. I chose this TSO because it is close to my work, but 25 miles away from home. Now I am going to have to drive home with correct vision only in one eye. Thanks TSO but Ill take my business elsewhere.

I am completely satisfied with Dr. Moulder and his staff, and I will keep him as my eye doctor. Dr. Moulder and his staff are great. They treated me with great respect, they took are of me and my needs in a timely manner, explained everything so that I would understand everything that was going on, answered all my questions without hesitation. Yeah, I think Ill keep them. :)

This is the best eye care center Ive ever been to! The staff, doctors and receptionists are awesome, courteous, friendly and I never have to wait a really long time. I was so sad when my insurance changed and they did not accept my new one!

They had my glasses for a month and did not notify me. After they received their money they did not call or send me an email. You have to continuously call!
