I had a problem with Medicaid card and they told me to call to schedule, every time they will made me wait today the waiting was not that long i get they need to help pp. in the office, but she tells me at the end bring the card and if you cancel last minute there is a charge for canceling. Ridiculous!!! I have never heard that anywhere !!!! She tells me laughing you are not sure you will not arrive I said I am sure but you never know what emergency comes up that day, and I am going to get charge. Not going back there for sure !!

Something that I loved when visited Dr. Pedro Gómez, was his honestly. Excellent service with fair prices and never trying to inflate costs with things you dont need as a patient, when you dont have insurance that is some thing that you value. The Dr. dedicate a lot of time and answered all my doubts about the treatment. My first language is Spanish and his staff is bilingual, something quite good for me, the wait was short and the service excelente. Thank you son much Dr. Pedro Gómez!

Worst place ever for customer service. The receptionist is no help you ask for an appointment and everything that comes out of her mouth is no. You ask for a supervisor and its the doctors wife shes very rude and aggressive too. Then you get the doctor on the phone and tells you were not able to help you go somewhere else. No intentions to go back and I dont recommend it to anyone else! #rudeoffice

The best thing about pediatric eye clinic, is the level of professionalism of all those that work there. I have been visiting the clinic for the last 10 years, and I am always surprised and grateful for the kindness towards me and my family. My life has been transformed for the best; because Dr. Gomez is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients and his profession.

Worst place ever for customer service. The receptionist Jacqueline Martinez has no skills nor friendly nor helpful. Laughs in your face. But shows another person in front of the doctor. The doctor is good but if the front cannot get it straight no intentions to go back
