Dr. Shelly Daniels is beyond professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and someone who has a lifelong customer after my first visit. She provides excellent care and customer service. She was thorough, took adequate time with me and explained all the necessary pieces of information regarding my exam and care so that I left feeling like I was given all the tools and information needed to safeguard my eyes. The frame selection was great, ordered, and they were ready before the estimated time frame. Overall, again, Dr. Shelly Daniels was amazing and someone that my entire family will see for life! Pricing was competitive, insurance covered the amount they promised, and my out of pocket was minimal for exam, frames, lenses, out the door under budget. Would highly recommend this place and Dr. Shelly Daniels here as well as your go to eye care provider!

Initially: Great experience with the appointment and doctor. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival and it was quick and easy ordering my lenses for my glasses. Very quick and efficient. The only reason I give them a 3 is because they told me my lenses would be done in a week and its going on 3 weeks and I still havent heard back. I called last week and they said it would definitely be back by Monday (today) but nobody has called. This is week 3 now and still no word. I dont mind the wait but I would appreciate someone reaching out to me with an update instead of me having to call each time asking what the status is.

This office is TERRIBLE!! While they may do a good exam, they are committing highway robbery here! I went in for an exam expecting to pay my normal copay because I PAY for vision insurance, but in the end was forced to pay 4x what I should have because no one felt the need to tell me up front that they charge well above the normal price for a contact lens fitting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Their office staff was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, and Dr. Baxter refused to call me back when I asked for her to contact me so that I could explain this to her. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with an eye doctor!!!!

My 11 year old daughter and I really love Dr. Baxter and her office staff. They are friendly and professional. Dr. Baxter made my daughter feel very comfortable during her first official eye exam and she looks forward to going back. I love my new glasses and I couldnt have picked them out without the help of the office staffs honest opinions. I also really like the atmosphere of the office itself. They did well with my daughters glasses, but I am left with an expensive pair of glasses that give me eye fatigue. I ended up with bifocals when I really didnt need them. My vision blurs with every glance downward. I am simply not ready for bifocals because I read everyday without my glasses. The better option for me was to have a single correction for my far vision. That option was not presented to me. Think long and hard before going with bifocals.

I have reached the age where I am having some vision problems. No one likes hearing that issues are developing, especially age related issues. Even though I dont like hearing it, Dr. Daniels was extremely good about diagnosing and following up to make sure that I take care of my sight. I appreciate her straight forward manner. It is hard to say "I loved it" but I feel like I am getting good vision care.

Its a difficult task to come up with a eye glass prescription with wrinkles in your corneas as a result of lasik surgery that went south (not performed by the Baxter Eye Clinic), but Dr D. Baxter did it and has been improving my vision ever since for the last 14 years. A very professional and friendly staff. Thanks

drs are good, however their front office is unhelpful and doesnt follow-up on simple things like returning phone calls when they commit to doing so. Would look elsewhere for reliable eye care.
