Everything went well but everything took a turn once I went back a couple of days later after my son got his glasses. They looked crooked on his face and we finally realized it was because one of the frames was slightly wider than the other. No big deal right? I didnt think so but the lady who had been so nice before when we were picking out and paying for the glasses had a change of attitude! She told me "I dont see what you are talking about but we will remake them this one time only and if next time you dont like them you will need to pay out of pocket to remake them" I just thought it was a rude remark.. She didnt even bother to look at them real good she was just glancing at them since she has a degree in glasses and doesnt have to even look at them I guess. She tried to make me feel dumb like I didnt know what I was talking about.

went in for a routine eye exam and was told my insurance covers it. after i received the eye exam i was told insurance wouldnt cover it because it was going to be billed as a medical visit. After arguing with the billing department i agreed to pay $59, debit card swiped and then saw they charged me $211. Asked for a refund and they denied saying i had already received service. So i had to go through my bank to have the charge canceled, but what do you know a few days later another charge went through for the same amount, but through a different location. my bank has been let aware of the situation, as has my attorney, and the police department (was told this is officially credit card fraud)

This place is really bad service. I take 1hour break stop by talk to a sales lady I met last time. She knew what I am looking for. For somewhat reason she decides she doesnt want to do my case, she go back her office, ask her co-worker came out talk to me. Because I dont want spend another 10 minutes to explain what insurance I have, where is my last time eye exam etc, so I told her co-worker, I can wait..... The result is I spend whole hour there without anyone talk to me.this sale lady is hiding in her office. I was mad. All I want is prescription sunglass under VSP insurance coverage. Is this place make too much money and they dont care doing individual business?

Dr is great with my daughter, and very much appreciated his methods. Though the Woodlands front-desk staff is HORRIBLE. They try and avoid problems, and sent me to a voicemail every time I tried to figure out an issue or ask to speak to someone else. I was not harsh, or rude on the phone. They just do not want to deal with it and make no attempt in helping AT ALL. Unprofessional. Had to call the Tomball office/location and they handled my situation promptly; it was not complicated to begin with.

What a great place to do business!! I stopped by to look at frames prior to scheduling my eye exam and a wonderful lady named Vanessa! She approached me and helped me make a choice and set an appointment. After 2 weeks my glasses came in. She saw me park my car and proceeded to have my glasses ready before I walked in so I would have no wait. The staff is great and are very friendly! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who would ask!!

originally went for eye exam in conroe office and everything went very good. Took prescription to Sams and picked up glasses and couldnt see clearly. they rechecked and said were correct. called Houston zeye and took 3 days to get help. went to conroe office and told me to go too woodlands office .Have been waiting 3 hrs still havent been seen.none of this my fault but I have all the inconvenience. and lack of customer service

I am very happy with this place, we had an emergency with our 16 month old daughter where her eye got scratched from some playground debris. She was in a significant amount of pain and it was almost 5pm. Dr. Miller agreed to stay late to check her out. Dr. Miller found it to be not too bad and gave us some drops to help her out. We are so pleased they kept their doors open for us, customers for life.

Checked in at 1:26pm for a 1:30 appointment and we werent seen until 2:20. We have been seeing Dr Jenkins for 10 years and service has gone down since theyve become Houston Eye Associates. They charge $40 for missed appointments...what should patients charge for wasting our time?

This is a nice facility and probably a good place for buying contacts and getting your eyes examined. However, I had a 2 pm appointment and they did not see me until 3:45. What good is an appointment if you have to wait 1:45 after you arrive? Thats nuts!

We are very happy that we were referred to Dr. Aaron Miller at the Houston Eye Associates. His experience, and "bed manners" are exceptional, and I highly recommend him. In addition, his support staff is also exceptional.
