So its not like you go to the optometrist that often, for me once a year but at least I dont dread that visit because of the people here. Everyone here is professional from the people that greet you at the front to the optometrists that see you in the back. Ive been here for my last 2 annual visits and as long as Im in the area will continue going back. They are quick and know their stuff. There are lots of designer frames and they offer lindberg. I had never heard of this brand but they looked amazing. I constantly get compliments about my glasses and I have their recommendation to thank. As far as contacts go, I used to be an fan of the oasis hydraclear which are good, but they suggested switching to the Bausch & Laumb day and night which are GREAT! Ive been using them for the past year and they never dry up on me. I sometimes wear them overnight implied in the name and they hold up fine the next morning. I never have that dry eye feeling where you squint and look confused. Now if I could just find a dentist as good; life would be complete.

These people are rude, unprofessional and unethical in their practice. Their phone service is very rude and in person they are not much better either. They change their prices based on the way you dress. If you have insurance they change the price of their fitting so that they can make as much money from both parties as possible! If you do not have insurance then your fitting price remains the same and they change the examination fees! The prices they advertise over the phone are their (imaginary) starting prices and they will break their word on you along the way multiple times at every turn. They are difficult to obtain prescriptions from. Over all 0/5 STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is predatory. Stay away. My daughter went in for a routine eye exam to refill her prescription for contacts and they tacked on every conceivable extra charge. The exam itself came to $250+. Shes a minor; they never explained anything to her nor contacted us for verification, as they ran all these obscure tests for people with severe problems on a 16-year-old who only needs a slight correction. I guess they only care about generating extra revenue, not offering a trustworthy medical service.

They was a delay on my order but no apologies, and hung up on me. Plain rude. I called to check in the status and they said they would call back but never did. I had to call back again and they said it would be ready in another week, which is a total of 11 days which initially I was promised 4 days. Delays I can deal with, but rude staff I cannot. There was no apology, and they simply hungup the phone on me. Is this a way to treat your customer? I regret going there. Not worth the money.

While very professional and very good at what she does, Dr Nguyen is one of the most down to earth and easy-going eye doctors Ive ever had. Been her patient now for over a year, totalling 3 visits and gotten both contact lenses and eye glasses, Ive had nothing but good service, prompt care, excellent products, and competitive pricing. She is both personable and reliable. I trust her professional advice. Her staff are also very knowledgeable and efficient. Huge fan of the Sat office hours.

These guys are awesome! Ive been a patient for about 3 years now. Ive always experienced excellent service. When its time to get fit for contacts, Im always given a sample pair of the new prescription to try out before they place my order just to make sure everythings ok. Orders normally come in a few days afterwards. Id definitely would recommend them to all.

I have been coming to Envision Eye Care for years. I always come back every two years for my new eye prescription and I come by about every 6 months for new contacts. And sometimes when I feel like I need a new pair of glasses, Ill come by again. This is basically my go to eye place. They can take care of all my needs.

Very patient and informative doctor. I work in the med center and the staff was very familiar with the different insurance plans. Got glasses with my insurance and they matched 1800contacts price for a years worth of contacts!!!! One stop shop. Awesome!!!
