We were blown away with this place. I took my daughter there after her yearly checkup revealed she may need glasses. They were very thorough and sensitive to the fact that this would be her first pair of glasses and helped to make that transition an easy one. The place is first class with beverages and snacks while you wait with music, tv and even ipads to keep you entertained before your appt. They were able to fit her glasses that day and after 15 minutes her new frames and lenses were ready to go! I couldnt ask for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

The time had come. I couldnt put it off any longer. I need glasses. This realization was difficult for me. It was a sign that I was aging. Thankfully Dr. Kim and her staff at Texas State Optical where there to help me out. The entire experience from testing to purchase was a pleasant one. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. As a self proclaimed connoisseur of customer service, I couldnt be happier with my experience at TSO.

I had the best experience Ive ever had going to get my vision checked yesterday. The customer service was wonderful, the doctor was the best Ive seen yet, and their equipment was state of the art. I hate the "air puff" test so they accommodated me with an alternative test. Awesome experience!
