Nothing but trouble with administration. About two years ago they refused to tell me results of blood work even though I was following Dr.s direction. Today I show up at 11am for my 11am appointment. sign in and wait for 15 minuets as they took a walk in and then proceeded to tell me my appointment was at 10am and they already mailed me a missed appointment letter / bill. This appoint was scheduled Friday afternoon and the Dr. had many open appointments. They offered the walk in patient a Wednesday appointment but they seen him immediately; I asked for the Wednesday appointment they said my doctor didnt have an opening. Problem being I have no doctor as my doctor left the practice so I was willing to see anyone as I am in search of a doctor since I was never notified that my Dr. left.

I hate this place they couldnt care less bout ur health. I wish doctor that had left shouldnt of she was the best doctor now that shes gone i asked to get blood done as i wasnt feeling well both doctorsi seen must be not doctors if i want blood work done do it not just for cholesterol lol this olace is horrible my appointment was at 240and i came in at 257 big deal so u tell me i cant be seen smh you ppl r sick and just out for money. Ill be calling to get and pic or fax all my papers over i no longer will be coming too this place whatever u wanna call it after you all know ive been sick and this what i get i walk out crying and upset? Seriously? Someone that was few mins late and to do this to someone that also has bad anxiety a d depression i call it CARE LESS!!

Wow, absolutely horrible. I had this place selected as my primary care provider and I made an Emergency Room visit due to some heart problems. Unbeknown to me the Hospital had called and scheduled me an appointment back in 2016 and I didnt show due too of course, not knowing I had an appointment. Fast forward to 2017 and I called to schedule an appointment mind you, never been to this place. I was told since I had no showed for the appointment back in 2016 they wouldnt see me and said I had to go somewhere else. I wouldnt not recommend them to any one they seem incredibly inflexible.
