Front end staff always seem overworked. If you call to make an appointment, be aware you will be placed on hold for at least 5 minutes before you can get scheduled. On 3 different occasions, my scheduled appointment was either erased, changed time, or was never taken out of the appointments when I called to cancel my appointment, resulting in a "no call, no show" bill that was promptly mailed to me. I left a message for the billing department, and have yet to hear back from anyone at the office in well over a week. This place has some really good, caring doctors... with limited availability. When anyone in my family has felt sick, we know to go to Urgent Care instead because the next available appointment will be at least a week.

One appt so far but good luck trying to get another appt. Ive been waiting 40m n was hung up on three times. Not professional if you ask me. And I just switched to them because I moved into the area. Not a good start if you ask me.

Great doctors, secretaries may be slightly over worked, seem "short" at times. I still really like this place.
