I have been going to this office for 2 years. Ive seen 3 different drs. All with different views on my condition. To be honest its a little annoying that nobody can get it right. Im a good patient and I listen to my Dr but I wont be made to look or feel like a fool. I was out of my meds for 10 days!!! I called way before my script was out to make sure I wouldnt be without my meds. Everytime was pushed to the voice mail. Nobody called me back. I called pharmacy 24-48 hrs to see if script was filled. Nothing was told they sent script with wrong info. Constant phone tag. Finally after 3rd time calling and having to be a little pushy they fixed the problem. Why do they make it so hard to get the meds I needl? For God sakes it not a narcotic it was diabetes meds. And my insurance is valid and up to date. Come on Cape regional physician group get it together
