I have been coming here with myself and children for 2 years Dr. Jaffe is a great guy however I had to wait a very long time to get my records which I still have yet to receive I got a call saying the records were ready today . I also inquired about my 5yr old daughters immunizations for Kindergarten well today the school stated she needed additional shots so I spoke to the grumpy receptionist about said shots she stated it is ridiculous that my child needs a 2nd MMR shot her last one was 2012 so she does need another anyway I called back and the most disrespectful woman answers the phone I asked her was she sure my daughters shots were up to date and recorded properly ... Her response "why are you questioning me about how we do records" thats my child so I will inquire on whatever I want her next response was "just come get their records" and hung up the phone (rude right?? ) I thought so especially for her profession so I called back and asked who was the one who hung up on me she so nonchalantly stated in a sassy tone "that would be me" ... Words were exchanged and she hung up again. If you continue to have trash working in your establishment especially with children you will never have patients her behavior was rude and so inappropriate that no one person should ever have to deal with that bitter woman . I will be coming to pick up my records and something needs to be done about this woman who clearly has no idea how to handle her anger !! When it comes to anyones children you should not have that type of demeanor. Im glad Im transferring my kids and myself

November 13, 2012. Made an appointment for 10:30. Got there at 10:25 and signed in. Stated that my reason for the appointment was chest pain, filled out the proper paperwork and gave it back to the receptionist. 11:30, still sitting in the waiting room. Got up and left. You would think that if a person comes in with chest pain and waits over an hour, a person with something less urgent will be waiting even longer. After I left, I expected a phone call to ask me where I was and why did I leave....Nothing....Very dissapointed with the experience as I am new to the area. Very unprofessional.

1 star because I cant give 0 or anything in negative. Possibly the worst doctor to go to. Need a referral or a script? Wait 1-2 weeks, call them inquiring about it, wait 1-2 more weeks, call again, wait again, call again and then eventually get the script after 5-6 weeks. Thats normal for this office. I cant even imagine the hrs people have to wait in the office. If your appointment is at 11AM, dont expect to see anyone till like 12:30PM. Again, possibly the worst doctor in this area. Nothing is EVER done on time. NEVER! EVER!

Your office is unprofessional. I changed my daughters doctor, and your receptionist told me twice, that you sent the medical records over. I called the new doctor 3 times and they told me they never received them. My daughter is about to be 1years old and she needs shots! And also, every appointment I made with you, the doctor told me every time that they have to order more shots. And she hasnt seen a doctor in months now!!!!!

Dr. Jaffe has worked in the area for a long time. He is a caring doctor who takes the time for each person to make sure they are getting the proper care. Normally you dont wait long, as stated in another review, but if you do have to wait, I feel it is worth it. He will take the extra time with you as well. Office staff always pleasant!

The WORST place ever!!! The staff never seems happy or has a smile on their faces and some of the receptionists are just plain RUDE!! Had blood work and x-rays done over a week ago and no one has called me yet with any results. Cant wait to find a new doctor!!

I dont know what I would do without Dr. Jaffe at Hatfield Medical. He has saved me and my family time and time again. Its great to see a doctor so caring and dedicated to his patients.
