Usually see the RN whi is helpful but last time saw Dr. Cohen which I felt was a waste of a copayment. Wait times are longer than the actual time the doctor spends with you. I came in for nerve pain on one side of my body and all I got was a shrug and "ehhh! Itll probably just go away." A week later and no, it hasnt gone away, is getting worse and no one answers the phone or returns your call. Switching to a different doctor.

IN a Word ...Awesome ...If you can stand, the wait, this Gentle,Educated man of Science will Help you regain your health, or show you how to deal with your medical condition....P.S. The Women in office do their best to get you in BUT you will wait (sigh).....Like they say...All Good Things,are worth the wait . PPS In my opinion Theresa (Office Manager) is the "Brains" of The Outfit.......Props to all of Them !

Why do you have to wait over an hour after your scheduled appt.to see Dr. Cohen, this is every time. Is he that important?. No one in the waiting room when I arrived and still sitting in the waiting area in hour later. This is BS. Worst office in Roxborough.

Everyone takes lunch at once, at the same time most working people do, so it can be hard to contact. Poor customer service practices and communications can be very stressful when its your health on the line.

Doctor Cohen took great care of me when I was really sick 3 years ago. Dr Cohen and the whole general practice staff are great.

Always a long wait. Very difficult to contact front desk, as the phone is usually busy and they dont return phone calls.
