I changed my pcp to this facility . My 1st appointment went well . I was excited to find a nice office with a nice doctor. However , my 2nd visit I had a 1pm appointment. I waited until 3pm and my name was still not called. I went to the front desk and was told my folder was being prepared . I waited an extra 15 mins. Then I left. There is no way one should be waiting 2+ hours to be seen. I work 2 jobs and Im very busy . . If my appt is at 1pm, then I expect to be called within a reasonable amount of time . A 2 hour wait is unacceptable . I had to leave and was highly disgusted and frustrated as I waited a month for that appointment. And I have some serious medical issues that needed to be taken care of. Thanks so much Balmont for your sincere concern in patients -_-

The first appointment went well... 2nd appointment was speedy as well. Soon as i change my son pcp to them , the service and the professionalism went Out the door. I suggest New nurses. Theyre All inconsiderate, nasty young girls. And the one or two older staff members are just as inexperienced and rude. Somebody needs to give them a brush up on customer service and proper presentation while in the work place.... Im switching my PcP. And suggests others do the same.

I had to give them 1 star just to comment, this practice is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I scheduled an appointment a month a go for the only day i have off of emt school and they told me i never made an appointment. No one took responsibility or tried to accommodate for the mistake they made. Never again

Over the years, the place has changed greatly and is now doing much better. Everyone here is so nice and caring and expierenced. I love the place!!! The wait can be a little long, but the wait is for a great expierence with amazing doctors and nurses. Amazing!
