our regular dentist decided billing wasnt something she wanted to do for her patients anymore ( I think it interfered with her vacations and golf) and would only treat us if we gave her a credit card number or access to our checking account. needless to say it was time for a new dentist. My husbands co worker recommended this group. In the interim of changing, over the holiday weekend I chipped a tooth/lost a filling. No pain, so big emergency, but I called and spoke to the doctor on call to be sure I took care of it correctly. He was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL on the phone ON A HOLIDAY. He gave me LOTS of detailed information and said to call back if I needed, anytime. I cant wait to see them this week to repair my chip.

Beware!!!! I had Dr. Prosomething or another fill several cavities of mine about 3.5 years back. My fillings began falling out about 6 months ago. I saw another dentist to fix the issue and was told that "he would be embarassed if this was his work" and would do anything to make it right. He told me that they didnt propeorly dry my teeth before filling and that the fillings should last 15+ years. Well Ive paid over 1100 dollars now to fix their terrible work. When I contacted Turtle cove to see if they would fix their mess and they said no.

I really enjoy this establishment. They have always been kind and courteous; never have they been rude to me or anyone else while I was there. I have only ever seen Dr. Prohofsky so I cant vouch for anyone else. Lee, however, is amazing. He takes the time to answer all of my questions, of which I have many, and always has an upbeat attitude. I have only been to a handful of dentists in my life so I am no expert. However, these guys have my business for the foreseeable future.

Went in for a cleaning last year and they told me I was covered under my dental plan when in fact I was NOT. (I even emailed them ahead of time to make sure) They then billed me. When I called to complain they rev the charges. They also pushed me to have my rear tooth fixed and it really wasnt that big of a deal. I didnt like that. Seemed like a "Production office".

I would absolutely recommend Turtle Cove Dental. They are very conscientious about discomfort or pain. I so appreciate the gentleness with which Lori used for cleaning my teeth. Dr. Prohofsky is very personal, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and I like the education he incorporates into the exam.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Prohofsky. He does a great job with patients of all ages. Dr. Prohofsky always explains what he is about to do and gives us options. Id recommend Dr. Lee and the practice to anyone.
