Today I was seen for an dental emergency by this practice. When I spoke with the lady prior to my arrival I had noted that I would like to extract the tooth in question and the requested that I arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for paperwork in which I was more than diligent in my arrival and all paperwork filled out correctly. When I was finally taken back they did three pictures using x-ray and then they left me for more than 30 min when I was told that the appointment would be 30 minutes in total. When the DDS finally came on she looked at my images, tapped on my teeth and then proceeded to tell me she did not have time to help me with this today. I feel as if this dental office visit was a wast of my time and now even though I have two referrals I may have to live with my pain for longer (upwards of at least 2 weeks) I do not recommend going to this practice unless your teeth are perfect and you only need your 2 cleanings a year.
