Has some pretty good salespeople, I mean staff, working for him. It was like playing a game.. in order to receive anything affective and in enough quantity to keep me out of pain and allow me to travel a few days for a prior work agreement, I had to schedule a $4,000 double root canal..oh ya and to even schedule the work I needed to write a check for 50%. I was told I needed the panoramic x rays which would be $150 and needed to be paid on the spot, all so he could tell me I had a really bad cavity that needed a root canal. Really? I could have told them that. Being in severe pain and realizing it was part of the price Id need to pay for my poor dental hygiene, I paid it. I work in the medical field, slightly different industry but the tricks are the same. High pressure sales tactics, games, etc, etc. They take one look at your insurance and immediately want to bill out for every test your insurance will allow, and then some that they wont. Just another used car salesman.

I interned at this office. At first, I thought it was a well put together office ect.. once I started to listen in a little bit more into their "morning meetings", I began to question him. He would preach to his staff on what theyre going to do to raise their sales, if insurance will cover a full mouth xrays, DO IT. also, talk them into restorative care even if its not "necessary". He is ALL about the money and I myself would NEVER let him look inside my mouth. I remember this older lady that was a little nervous because dr Molldrem just gave her an estimate on cost for some Ceraks (sp? in-office crowns) that would going to be 8,000 dollars! he tried and tried and tried to talk her into it but she wouldnt budge. DO NOT GO HERE!! there are plenty other dentists out there that are NICE and simply care. Just do the research... Im not the only one that has said bad things about this jackass and I sure hope he ends up going under because of it...

Our family of 5 had been customers of Molldrem Dentistry for 10 years. While the quality of technology and service have been top notch, weve experienced a growing trend of being pressed for services that were questionable. Technology that identified shaddows, dark spots, and barely visible cracks were increasing our dental bill, despite preventive care using sealants and ACT. Hmmm. The final straw came recently when my 7-yr-old came in for his cleaning and diagnosed with 8 cavities! We took him to a different local dentist who could only identify two small cavities using similar technology. Sadly greed has changed the focus of this once excellent dentist from looking out for his customers to looking out for sales.

I am constantly referring friends and family to Dr. Molldrem. His skill level is unsurpassed by any dentists I have gone to. His staff is exceedingly competent with their handling of insurance, billing, scheduling, and reminders (via mobile, landline and email-no way I can miss my appts). Because he knows how to do Cerec crowns, Ive saved hundreds of dollars and hours because a Cerec goes on in an hour whereas a regular crown takes 2-3 hours. He is amazing! I just LOVE this location.

Great services, handles insurance claims without issues, and I havent had an issue. Ive been a patient since they first opened and continue to go back. For elective procedures they quote it and they dont pressure you to move forward with it. The only annoyance is having to decline paying for a fluoride rinse since insurance doesnt cover it.
