Dr. Perry does a great job, is very friendly and nice. I had a crown placed and it looks and feels great. His front office staff though are not very friendly and have left rude messages on my voicemail reminding me of appointments. My other complaint is; I had some issues with my crown about 3 days after being placed, they told me to come in and I was seen by the dental hygenist for about 5 minutes, the Dr. never even came in to see me. A week later I was surprised by a $90 bill in the mail. They never told me to I would have a bill from that, since they told ME to come in if I had a problem. All in all, rather disappointed with this dental office- not the dentist. I have decided to change dentists as this is the last complaint on a long list since I have been with this dentist for 5 years.

This dental clinic is fantastic. We relocated from Texas and were a bit overwhelmed with all our choices for dental clinics in the Shakopee area. We ultimately made our decision based on the fact that Family Dental Care accepts our insurance. We found the entire staff to be warm and friendly. They made our three year old sons first dental visit fun and he still talks about the ride he got in the hygiene chair.

I am very please with the personalized service I received at my first appt. The staff is great and very easy to communicate with. Very relaxed waiting area and atmosphere. I fear the dentist no more!
