Dr. T is an amazing dentist who always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments! I have been going to Iowa Center For Cosmetic Surgery for many years and have always been treated well from walking through the door and being greeted with a big hello and smile from Diane to the cleanings, X-rays and exam by Amanda the best hygienist in the world to the final exam by Doc. He genuinely cares for his patients and explains every procedure thoroughly while drawing a sketch. The office is professional and clean with a tv at every chair - I actually look forward to my checkups to catch up with these three! He has always been available whenever I have had an emergency, just a phone call away.I strongly recommend the practice for anyone seeking a premier practice of experienced professionals! Thank you Dr. Phelan Thomas for giving me a beautiful smile!

If youre looking for a dentist office full of energy and excitement, this is your place! Dr. Thomas is full of laughs and smiles! He did an amazing job using Essex braces to straighten my teeth and has fixed major chips to my husbands teeth. Amanda, the hygienist, is so sweet and does an amazing job walking you through your oral care issues and solutions. Out at the front desk, Dianne does an outstandingly professional job managing all the appointments and paperwork. All around fabulous place for your dental care!!

Ive been going to Dr. Thomas for almost 10 years now and wouldnt go to anyone else. My son loves the toy selection after hes done with his cleanings. When I had my wisdom teeth removed he even called me later that evening and the next day (which was a Saturday!!) to check in and see how I was doing. He genuinely cares. Amanda and Diane are also great! I highly recommend this team of dental professionals.

Dr. Phelan is awesome and talented and he is really great with kids! I have been taking my son since he was 2 and he is 5 now. He tells me I cant wait to go to the Dentist to get a toy. The ladies are so nice and accomdating. I enjoy going in bc they make it warm and inviting. They listen to your needs and are not pushy on things that can wait. Dr Thomas has a dynamic chair side approach to making patients feel comfortable. The majority of my experience has been for routine check ups however there are numerous before and after photos to show the type of work he does. The staff is incredible also!
