After some mixed experiences, Ive thrown in the towel when it comes to this dentist office. This week I went in for an emergency repair and given a temporary fix, and was told I needed to come in within the next month to have a crown put on a tooth. But the office was not able to schedule me until March, a full three months away. Concerned, I called around to a few other offices to see if anyone could get me in earlier. One office said they could, asked if they could request my xrays, and set me up for a consultation to see what needed to happen and when they could get me in. I got a terse call from Thorsheim & Ceraso asking me to come in to sign a patient information release, and when I got there, I was badgered into giving up my March appointment because it "wasnt fair to other patients who might need the slot." I explained that I was just looking into my options as the dentist had told me it was urgent that I get a permanent fix, and that I was planning to call and cancel my appointment after my consultation with the other dentist IF it was successful and I was able to schedule an appointment with them. After further protests, I gave in and had her cancel the appointment. I will not be darkening their doors again.

Dr. Thorsheim has taken me and my family into her care and handled everything from general dentistry cleanings to Invisalign. She is gentle, extremely experienced and has set high expectations for herself and her staff. Dr. Deb is loving, humble, intelligent and determined to deliver the very best for her patients; even offering more natural alternatives when applicable. I would recommend her service to anyone.
