Will never use this place again they stole my money and refuse to give it back. Recommend finding a more reputable company for your dental needs! Had major work done here. The cost was $2000 and they would not do the work without payment up front. Which was fine but I didnt have the money in my checking account that day. So they said I could setup a automatic payment plan that day then pay in full the next day and then they would cancel auto payment. Well I paid in full 2 days after and then a week later they helped themselves to $500 out of my checking account. Its been over a week and I still cant get a call back on how and when they are going to give me money back! Needless to say I will never do business again with this organization and would highly recommend that you look else where for your dental needs. Even if you hold up your end of the deal and pay them they will still help themselves to your checking account. Would give zero stars if I could.

I was surprised to see a few 1 Star reviews for Chaska Commons, so I wanted to share my experience. Ive been going here for 3 years and have had my dental cleanings, a few fillings and even a couple of crowns. The staff is kind and proffessional. Dr. J is very skilled and uses current medical practices. Shes always taken the time to educate me on her recommendations and is a real partner in my dental health. Most importantly, she always nails that local anesthesia injection with me (which, lets be honest, we all hate). Whenever you work with the public, you just cant make everyone happy and I would say the 1 star reviews do not reflect the actual practice at Chaska Commons.

My experience with Chaska Commons Dental was exemplary. I needed a filling replaced. After being quoted a price from my current dentist and told it would take two visits, I found Chaska Commons. I was treated in a way that made me feel very relaxed and confident. I had a cleaning, x-rays, and two fillings replaced for less than what my former dentist wanted just for the evaluation. AND the fillings were replaced at the same time. No need to show up twice. I highly recommend Chaska Commons Dental.

During my last cleaning, the tech scheduled my next appointment on a computer screen that I was looking at. 6 months later and somehow "I wasnt scheduled for an appointment". This is the second time this has happened. On top of that the receptionist I spoke with was very rude; it almost seemed like they didnt want the business. Ill never use this place again.
