I normally only visit Dentist offices after receiving personal recommendations but after months with no good reviews, I saw the office while driving past and decided to give it a try. I lucked up! I love my new dentist office. The main office is comfortable & well decorated; the staff is professional, courteous, and thoughtful. To me, its the little things that count. My procedure was lengthy but was able to watch my favorite TV channel and being offered a blanket because I was cold made all the difference. They often checked on me to ensure that I was doing well. I highly recommend them and will continue to go there. I have nothing but positive words to say about them!!

Everyone is super nice here. I am at the beginning stages of getting orthodontic treatment and this office was recommended to me for a general dentist. I went in and found out not only what I needed, but why I needed it! Dr. Nguyen made suggestions as far as my treatment options, when I should get things done, and even suggested an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. They provided me with a treatment plan and gave me information on financial plans. I think Im going to stick with them.

This group has several locations that are interconnected, they use technologies to link the sites together so no matter where you go in Shreveport Bossier your charts X-rays and the whole shabang will follow you with no issues. Weve been to the North Market and Barksdale Blvd location and have had great experiences at both. Barksdale in particular has a childrens focused branch next door to the standard. My kids enjoy it and I cant recommend them enough.

1. Truthful, they explained everything and did not exaggerate. 2. Skillful, I have a low tolerance for pain and not one person caused me pain. They had a plan, and it worked just like they said 3. Attentive, checked my status asked me and gave heads up, 4. Friendly, EVERYONE, not most but all were kind, positive, caring, very personable. Can you tell I was pleasantly surprised...truthfully, the very best dental experience ever.

We love this place! We took our 3 boys ages 11, 9, and 1. When we walked in the whole place was kid friendly and fun. We were seen immediately and the whole staff was so friendly and professional. They took the time to entertain my 1yr old and make him comfortable. We were nervous since it was his first dentist visit but they made it completely stress free and fun for all of the children. We would recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful experience! Even though I showed up at the wrong location both offices worked with me to get me to my appointment. At the correct location everyone was pleasant and helpful. The office was very clean and inviting. They explained in detail all they were doing, what may need to happen and answered all questions. Check out, payment and return appointments were handled in a very friendly, helpful manor. Excellent service!!

The customer service was upbeat and warm. The technician​ was experienced and pleasant. The dentist was friendly and efficient. Awesome experience!!! From the moment I sat in the chair I knew I wasnt in a storefront franchise, Lol! My technician Shanequa was surprisingly very knowledgeable and caring. And Dr. Haydel was exceptional!! He listened to my concerns and worked until he was able to offer me some solutions that were not offered at another facility. Will highly recommend to my friends, family and coworkers.

I couldnt keep an appointment at the Shreveport office so I rescheduled for the Bossier Barksdale office. What a pleasant surprise. My hygienist was Shenequa (sp) and she was the best. Professional, courteous and kind. The best cleaning Ive had. At checkout, the staff was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the Bossier Barksdale office was absolutely wonderful.

I broke a front tooth. My dentist retired, therefore I didnt have a dentist. This office is new and close to my house. So I called at 8:00 and they got me in at 11:00. Everyone was so nice from the sweet receptionist to Cassie to Dr. Haydel. Very professional. My tooth looks great and Im so pleased. I have found myself a new dentist. Cassie and Dr. Haydel are super sweet.

I had broken two teeth and was referred to this dental office and they got me in that day. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Shonda. She was amazing, calmed me from crying and referred me to the office closest to my employment. Once arrived everyone was awesome. I would refer them to anyone. Being a new patient and them getting me in the same day.

From the moment I walked in I was comfortable, unusual in a Dentist office. The staff is friendly and smiling. My hygienist was an absolute hoot, the Dentist answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the only patient in a crowded office. Also, the coffee is great! Yesterday was my first visit there. The dentist was lovely, very friendly. My teeth felt damn near perfect when she was finished. I usually hate going to the dentist but I look forward to going back. I could tell she really took pride in her job and that made the experience so much better. I told all my relatives to go here. :D

There are several Dentists available. My Dentist Dr. Haydel was WONDERFUL. My Dental Technician was very informative, she took her time so I did not become anxious. Every employee I encountered was courteous and respectful. I would give Shreveport Bossier Family Dental 10 stars because 5 stars are not quite enough.

The best dentist anyone can ask for their very caring and very understanding and work with you no matter what wonderful people I tried going to another dentist one time and turned around and went straight back even driving an hour to get there when we lived out of town thats how much we love this place
