This office god knows ehat they do, my review is not for the doctors but for the lazy and incompetent office staff!! Firstly they dont receive or its practically impossible to reach them directly. All calls are directed to a general line who have no clue with what the office staff does. I have been going there for 1 year and i will not anymore. This is the 3rd or 4th time they keep sending me ridiculous amount of bills when i dont have any dues not even a penny!!! All they have to do is maintain patient file, so why question to the office is what the hell you guys do???? I have to call each time and make my account straight!!! And with each time the promise that it wont happen again. My time is precious, I cannot keep wasting my time for your incompetence!!! And the items also have wrong charge in them!! Please get ur basic act straight! I am from now on leaving your office. Annoyingly ridiculous!!!!

The wait wasnt long but the staff behind the desk is not too helpful. They assume you know what to do from the moment you walk in and they dont seem to be too happy when you ask questions. My doctor was nice but she was quick to prescribe to me a very strong medicine to use on my face. What helped me was going to another dermatologist who suggested a slight change in diet.

Literally the worst experience my husband has ever had at a doctors office. He showed up 20 minutes early, the receptionist couldnt get off her cell phone to help him. The made him fill out the same paperwork TWICE, the lost the electronic script our primary sent over, and then told him they had to reschedule him because "HE" was 15 minutes late. 100% unprofessional.

The doctors staff are professional but, the assistant front desk staff are careless about the patients As first time patients, we waited an hour for our information to be put into the computer. We had to let the front desk staff know before they even realized we have been waiting an hour. We are waiting for a medical prescription for the third day.

As a person with skin issues, finding a dermatologist who is very knowledgeable about causes and treatments and backup treatment options is very important. The doctors at this practice took care of me and resolved my problem. Very grateful
