Dr. Milgraum has been my familys dermatologist since we moved to East Brunswick at least 25 years ago. Hes always very kind, compassionate, makes you feel at ease and so easy to talk to, He really cares and you can feel that when youre in his office. I went for a free consultation to have a 1 inch tattoo removed. I was quoted $300 per treatment for up to 7 treatments. When I asked for a ballpark over the phone - specifically is it going to be over $500 they made me come in. The office called me 3 times to come in earlier than my appointment, I lost time at work for such an inflated quote.

I have known Dr. Milgraum for over 15 years. He treated many of my relatives successfully, and I think he is a terrific doctor. He picks up on things many other doctors miss, and he has always been on the cutting edge of treatment. He is also an unusually kind and caring person. I have a second degree burn in my arm. I called for an emergency and the front desk lady told me come right now. I went and the doctor was able to discuss all the steps to help my arm. I highly recommended this office. Very professional and friendly staff.
