Just an awful experience. Brought my mother to the Manahawkin office twice. We moved mom from north jersey. She has Alzheimers. 1. You can not contact an individual office. You must call the main office and wait for a call back. This took days. All I wanted was to confirm that my mothers records had been received before our visit. When we arrived the records were not there so we had to reschedule her appointment. In the meantime we had to take her to an eye surgeon because there was a growth too close to the eye. 2. We rescheduled the appointment. In order to be safe I went through the process of calling the office to ensure the receipt of her records. The nurse called me back 2 days after my call. I spoke to the nurse and she assured me the records had been received. Of course we got there and the records were incomplete. 3. Even thought the eye surgeon recommended Cryo procedure. They really kept pushing for the Mohs Procedure. We refused as this was the recommendation from the eye surgeon. I felt that the Eye Surgeon was fantastic. Dr Lautenburg in Toms River. When we asked questions they were rude. Actually told me if we did not go through with the Mohs procedure we would have to sign a paper saying we refused treatment. 4. They did a body scan and took 4 biopsies. They removed large moles that left large lesions on my 82 year old mother. They never covered the lesions with any gauze or band aids. They never gave instructions for the wound care. She bled through her cloths. 5. I did write them to explain the situation and discuss how bad our experience was at the office. Never received a response. Not even an email. They just dont care. Practices like these are why senior need advocates. All mom kept saying was I dont want to go back there. I was bleeding and they would not give me a bandage. I dont like that lady she was mean. So very, very sad!

This place is the worst medical facility Ive ever been to. The first thing they do is collect your copay (now youre trapped there). Your wait time will be 60 - 90 minutes past your appointment time and even after youve been taken to an examination room you will wait another 15 min or so for the nasty 300 lb "nurse" (she isnt actually a nurse) to waddle in and enter your data into a computer. Forget seeing a doctor, you will see a physicians assistant (PA). There are too many dermatologists in the area to suffer the indignity of Accredited Dermatology. Do yourself a favor and drive past this place.

This place is absolutely horrible. Not only is the wait time always over an hour (always, so clear your schedule!) but the office staff, excluding the Doctors, are horrendous!! They are rude, ignorant and downright NASTY!! I am honestly baffled that they still have jobs! There is no greeting when you walk in, no smiles, no help offered. Just snotty looks, complete avoidance and very underwhelming assistance (if you can even call it that!)

We will never go back to this place. I wish i had done a better job researching this place. If i wouldve known Eleanor Dominguez-Curatolo, FNP-BC was a Family Nurse Practitioner, I would have refused to see her. She was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She butchered my husbands back doing a "biopsy". (My meat butcher wouldve done a better job). I will travel hours away rather than go back to this place.

Bad. If you have to see a Doctor (in my case in Toms River) The doctor does not take the same medical insurance as the local office. It is very hard to get hold of anyone with billing questions. I was on hold for 15 minutes then was cut off for no reason other that "your time is up". Local office very nice but if you need other help you are toast.

My mother got a biopsy of her ear which they took without sterilizing first or cleaning after. She ended up getting an infection in the site and had to go to urgent care to get it treated. I wouldnt recommend them for a pet. If I could rate them as less then one star I would do it.

Wait time takes 1 hour. Simple diagnoses that could take 10 minutes, but still have a long wait time to see the doctor. If you know what you have, then its great to sit there and wait until you get your medication.

Very fast. They ask what is bothering you and they take care of the problem within 10 minutes. Very good dermatologist office.
