This is probably the worst dermatology place I have gone to. The facility is clean and well kept, however the staff and doctors are less than desired. They have consistently charged me higher copay than what I am supposed to pay and when contacted by my insurance company, we are told to contact billing. I have yet to receive a check for overpaying $30, its been over one year. Additionally, they want you to come in every time you need a refill of prescription. So I not only have to pay another co pay, they charge my insurance and then they dont even send my prescription to the pharmacy for days or never. I have been waiting for 6 months for them to send my prescription. I have call numerous times and eventually I was told that the physician I saw is no longer with them, so I would need to come in for another visit before they would refill my prescription. So, yes---I would need to pay another co pay, insurance is charged and THEN they would graciously give me my prescription. As far as Dr. Ma, she has no social skills. She is very dismissive and spends little to no time talking to getting to know what the real issue is. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They dont even deserve 1 star...

Had a very good experience and I recommend Alison. (I think she is a P.A.) but she is awesome. I didnt give 5 stars because I recommended them to another person and his lady he had for the skin check was pushy and rushed. Decent office aesthetically, good treatment.

Dr. Ma was honestly the first doctor to actually make me feel like Im being listened to. She did exactly what I asked and didnt make me feel like I had to do anything more than what I needed. She offered suggestions and options for treatment.overall great job!
