I was going to Dr Greenblatt for work on small veins on my left leg He or his staff accidently put on my insurance it was my right leg and because I had been approved for my left leg the insurance did not pay. He took no responsibility for the error and never made his mistake right and because he did not get paid he would not do any more treatments .
