Do not take your pet here! This place gets Negative 10 stars!The staff is untrained and clueless to patient care and customer service. From the front desk to the new condescending, rude and careless manager "In Training" (COREY). Sad. After calling the "Corpoare complaint line" I got a call from a manager trainee. With no resolve. This shows the level of professionalism i received from Banfield. This place will rip you off before you end up going elsewhere for care. Delay of care is a big law suit! In the end I lost my little guy and got charged more than was quoted. The providers are nice enough but there is no continuity of care and things are added to the bill just to rack up unnessesary charges. Banfield needs to realize that your office staff is your front line for care as well as marketing and your staff is HORRIBLE! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. On the other hand The VCA on Preston Road is Awesome! From front to back. Providers are very knowledgeable and staff is amazing. Please go to the VCA!

Adopted a kitten from the animal shelter and took him here to be examed. My kitty exam were free (first time customers) which is why I believe this is the reason the exam were so quick. I specifically told the doctor about my kitty symptoms (bloody stool, loss of appetite, not playful, etc). The doctor states that my kitten was so perfect, healthy, and stressed because of the transition. Which I knew that wasnt the cause. My kitten wasnt feeling well at all. Unfortunately, a week later, after the exam, my kitten had passed away. Looks like a long white string were coming from its mouth. I called the hospital and left a message telling them what had happened, no one has yet returned my call. I shouldve taken my kitten else where instead of listening to this doctor advice. I do not recommend this facility to no animal owners! Theyre not honest!

Both of my dogs have been on the Wellness plans that Banfield offers for years. I love having a piece of mind that if anything happens, I know I wont have to drain my bank account for care. We moved from San Diego to Dallas and have been coming to this Banfield location for the past 2 years. I have nothing but nice things to say about this location! The front desk and vet staff have always been so helpful and caring. Last December my hound needed emergency stomach surgery and everyone there was so nice and accommodating they gave me no reasons to go somewhere else. I DEFINITELY recommend Banfield, this location and their wellness plans!

I was very disappointed with this place. My dog is 13 and very hard to take out of the house. I had made an appointment online . When I arrived I was greated by a rude receptionist that said the online appointments dont link to the stores. She then proceeded to tell me they were booked and sorry about my Luck. Awful customer service and first impression. If the online appointments dont book to the stores why have them. She also seemed like she could of cared less about it or her job. I will not ever return to PetSmart for anything. But lets face it they dont care .

Signed up for the Wellness Plan, but when my 9 week puppy was hurt, I was told they couldnt work her in because they had a morning full of spay/neuter surgeries. Suggested that I just drop her off and they would look at her that afternoon. I took her to a different vet. Turns out she had 2 broken ribs. And they couldnt be bothered. I have cancelled my wellness plan, and will NEVER go back.

The vet tech was very rude and treated me like I was a bad pet parent because my dog had an ear infection. I asked for a print out of all the shots my dog needed, and she rolled her eyes. Very frustrating visit and I will not go back.

Vet did not answer questions I have but the assistant keep answering my questions. Really. Sounds like assistant know more that the vet. I lost confidence to the vet so we are not going back to Banfield.
