Horrible experience. We used to love coming to this vet and had brought our dogs here for a long time. Recent management changes must have affected their service because this recent visit was terrible. The staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about recommendations for flea and tick control. Supposedly the new vet did a exam in a back room but he never came out to meet us or answer our questions. It would have been nice to at least know who the new vet is and have him give us the result. The kinda gave us the results but no details about the exam. The tech said they did not sell our previously recommended products because new management had contracts for other products now. She couldnt really help us figure out what products to use for our dogs conditions and said we could just look online with their new med supplier for pricing and to get more info. The other tech didnt even give us the name of the med supplier we had ask for it and she didnt even write the web address. If we are paying for an exam and testing I would expect more. Overall we did not get any help in figuring out what we needed for our pets. I guess we have to figure that out for ourselves. Really poor service from their new team. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

This is *specific* to The Coit Rd. location and to Dr. Flowers. I have *never* received such good service from a vet. Once she realized she was speaking to someone with a medical background, she wasnt afraid to "go technical" in discussing the health of my pup. She caught a case of ringworm Id mistaken for insect bites, provided a recommendation for a simple OTC treatment, then advised I *call* for a prescription (not pay for a 2nd visit) if that didnt clear it up. I will be taking *all* my animals to this vet in the future. She recommended against a vaccine I thought was "on time" based on newer studies than Id read, and she caught from the pups files from his breeder that hed already had a test I was about to pay money to have done. In all, I left paying out 15.00 *less* than expected for vaccines and saved another 30 on the test. I like saving money, but it was her willingness to "go the extra mile" to confirm her diagnosis of ringworm with a black light (rather than assume and hand me meds) that really won me over. I could really tell she was very concerned with the health and well being of the animals she sees...kinda made me wish she was an M.D.

We just got our puppy Jax, a 12 week old Pomeranian. We decided to bring her in and get a check up even though they claimed she was up to day on shots. This vets office was outstanding. They checked her all over gave her shots and all for a very reasonable price. Everyone that works at the office treated us like family and discussed with us training information and medical information. Great place to take your beloved pets David Benton

I have been going to The Corner Vet in Plano for over a year. I have been beyond pleased with the service me and my dog get there. Their prices are lower then any other veterinarian clinic in Plano. The techs that work there always make sure we are well taken care of. The Veterinarian is kind and compassionate. She always provides me and my dog with the best care. I highly recommend them!!

I brought in my dog and had a very healthy and good experience; friendly staff etc. Did a physical and a heart worm test, got the advantage multi from them. 2 days later I realized my dog is heavily infested with ticks. Took him the next day to the groomer where they pulled out about 100+ ticks from him. HOW COULD THE VET HAVE NOT SEEN THIS????

We took in a cat that we rescued from a neighbor whose other cats were bullying. This little guy was dehydrated and malnourished due to the bullying. They took wonderful care of him and tolls us exactly what to do to help him. Now, we have a healthy happy cat on our hands!!

My experience is always great in this chain of vetanarians. The staff is great and caring for our pets. Since the first time I went to one of their locations in Houston, I stopped looking around for another place. Their price is very affordable and cheap for a great service!

Excellent for helping with my elderly chihuahua and they went above and beyond expectations and also had advice I needed on my cat also. And very reasonable. Dr. Flowers and her assistant have very nice personalities also and were both very knowledgable.
