When our puppy started vomiting and stumbling around as if she were disoriented and then finally collapsed I rushed her to the emergency animal clinic. Once i started filling out paper work my dog started becoming very wobbly again and could not stand up so I knelt down and held her, the lady at the front desk seemed completely un phased by my dogs reactions. She asked me to bring my puppy (who is 9 months and 50 pounds) to the scale to weigh her, she doesnt even try to help me pick my dog up who is collapsed on top of me, another customer came over and helped me pick up my dog, weigh her, and then bring her into the exam room!!!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!!! I will say the female technician who came in to talk with me was very sympathetic. Once the vet came in he seemed very adamant on telling me that her condition was likely caused by ingestion of drugs, which he then went on telling me what kinds of drugs: pot, cocaine, methamphetamines, prescription drugs, and so on..... AFTER I TOLD ALL OF THEM SHE WAS NOT AROUND ANY KIND OF DRUGS, so i procedeed to tell him AGAIN she was not around drugs, i dont even take tylenol let alone a dangerous drug and I SERIOUSLY doubt my puppy has a meth problem.... they then bring be a $1200 quote and since my husband was at work I didnt have that amount of money on me, the receptionist seemed pretty annoyed by the fact i told her i couldnt pay all of it that moment and asked her if i could pay half then and half when i picked my dog up, she said no they cant do that (which i understand) but the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. If your animal has an emergency, i DO NOT recommend bringing them here, their RUDE and extremely expensive. OH and when we had to pick her up at 730 am, they sent her home with her IV STILL IN HER ARM and said " we can take her to her normal vet to get more fluids IF WE WANT TOO!!!! what kind of medical advice is that, how the hell am i supposed to know if she needs more fluids!!!!!! ISnt that their job??? So pretty much, they never found out what caused her ailment and charged us over a 1000 dollars to give her fluids intravenously all night... RUDE STAFF AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

"when it rains, it pours" is a very true statement for me. Sunday, I brought in my german shepherd mix to this clinic, who I had recently found out had torn his ACL the thursday before, because all of the sudden that afternoon Boots was unable to walk and was yelping & in a lot of pain. After a few minutes the staff helped me get Boots into the room and I was able to see the vet relatively immediately. Dr. Trippet (might have spelled that wrong) was kind and gentle with Boots, and was great at explain everything to me. I was also worried about cost, and the staff explained all of my options to me when it came to finances and let me make the decision. After some x-rays and great care, I was able to take Boots home. Once i got home, i found that my other dog had eaten through a bottle of pills and was overdosing. So, i rushed back to the vet clinic and again, they were so kind and gentle and walked me through everything. Dog #2 is 100% fine!!! Well and healthy !! Lucas & Dr. Tippet were incredible and very patient with me. On top of this, I needed to get all my dogs information sent over to my primary vet and the business manager, Jim, went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. This truly is an incredible staff. Even though there was construction, I was NOT worried about it affecting the care of either of my dogs. Both the pups were well cared for, and I honestly am very thankful that they were the team I was able to turn to on my hellish Sunday!!!

The Good: We had to take our Pet for emergency at this place. They checked our pet quickly and nicely. Took Xrays and all the information required. Our Pet Dog was not doing well and needed help rightaway. There were Vets on standby. The clinic has some of the state of the art machines and very nice and clean facility! The Bad: The doctor give us a long explanation of the problem. (Dr. Kyle Smith). He couldnt explain us the gravity of the situation that we could loose our Dog. We didnt understand the problem properly or the treatment. We said lets go ahead with the treatment. We picked up our dog next day and moved him to our regular Vet Clinic. Our Dog was saved. The Ugly: The Clinic is super super expensive. Please negotiate the pricing. They charged us $85 for a needle and a tape! which was not included in the pricing estimate. Also, the receptionist started asking money when we admitted our dog and said we need the money now!. We said we will pay them as we check the dog out! The Oxygen cost is super high Around $32/Hour. You can build an Oxygen Box at home if you need. You can rent state of the art oxygen machine at $75/ Week from axis medical (Prescription from regular vet required). Just pass the oxygen tube to your dogs cage and monitor the oxygen levels in the cage and airflow. I will post a web page on the full details on how to build an oxygen cage for $10.00

I was robbed at gunpoint at this facility and I feel that someone who worked there tipped the robber off. I had a large amount of cash when I went to pay my bill because I was prepared for an emergency before I was told my dog would be fine. I had to call a cab and while waiting a man came in and asked for directions at which point the receptionists immediately got up and went to the backroom allowing the guy to turn around and rob me and another customer at gun point. The receptionist acted like she didnt hear us when we told her what happened. They then finally locked the doors then when the police showed up the office manager told them not to take fingerprints, that it would be "useless. The doors are set up to be locked at all times but werent and we were informed that the security cameras are useless because the "employees play with them". Im pretty sure someone who worked there tipped off the robber and absolutely nothing was done by the dallas police who, Ive heard since, handled a string of robberies on Greenville Avenue the same way that night. I was amazed how little was done. I lost $600 dollars but was grateful I wasnt shot and the police did not even ask for a description of the gunmen. I felt like this place is a front operation for organized crime and maybe even that the police are involved. I would never set foot in this place again. EVER!

I had to bring my cat in last week because she was having a seizure (she had never had one before). I knew it was the end of her life because she had been diagnosed with FIP a month prior and was steadily going downhill. I called the clinic in a panic, crying hysterically on the phone and explained that I needed to bring her in and probably needed to put her down. The lady who answered was very calm and assured me I could bring her in. When I arrived, they knew who I was and took my kitty from me to sedate her so that I could talk options with the vet. I filled out my paperwork and was quickly called back into the exam room. The vet and staff were so calm and comforting, and they knew I had a tough decision to make. Dr. Jacci talked options with me and assured me I was making the right decision to end her suffering. They let me have a few last moments with her. I cant stress enough how calming the clinic was. They were so nice and caring that it made the situation a little bit better. This week I received a sympathy card in the mail and every staff member who worked with me and my kitty wrote a sweet little note inside. It was so thoughtful and I greatly appreciate it. It means a lot that they would take a few moments to write something nice for a pet they only saw once. I would highly recommend that you bring your pets here in an emergency!
