Being new to the Frisco area, I was unsure of how my first appointment with Graves Family Chiropractic would go. I miss and absolutely loved my hometown chiropractor in Houston. Once I checked in at Graves, the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Graves made an effort to come and introduce himself when I was checking in. During my visit, the entire staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a pleasant one. At my second visit, the standards were still very high and the staff did an incredible job. Highly recommend this office! I will be coming here regularly as it will definitely help me get through my first pregnancy.

Cares more about the money in their pockets than their patients. Loved coming here until they claimed my insurance changed when its their policies that changed. Was willing to pay massage out of my own pocket since "my insurance no longer covered it" when I already go to another chiropractor that covers it with my insurance. So now if I want to come back I have to pay a new patient fee when im not a new patient. Not to mention first appt I made when I was a new patient they didnt even do an xray on me, all he did was tell me what my back problems were which I know since Ive been dealing with it my whole damn life. Not paying a fee to have my time wasted.

I am fairly new to chiropractic therapy with only an excellent Chiropractor in Florida to compare to and was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and compassion by every staff member at Graves Family Chiropractic. Even being a nurse in the medical field- not all therapy as well as doctors or therapists are created equal. We are new to the area and immediately felt at ease on the first visit being told and even encouraged to speak up if there is ever anything that you dont like as well as a technique or therapy that you do like and want incorporated. I have referred my husband as well as coworkers!

For the past 6 years, the doctors and staff at Graves Family Chiropractic have cared for my family. This practice has FAR exceeded any level of care I received at 4 previous chiropractic offices. The staff knows you by name and is always warm, welcoming, and eager to help you. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and they LISTEN to you. Because of the comforting atmosphere, friendly staff, and genuine concern for patients, I feel like this isnt a doctors office, but a place where I visit my family. I love it here! Everyone is caring, friendly, and helpful. The entire staff makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. It is inexpensive so I bring all of my children (elementary to college aged) here for chiropractic and massage therapy care. They absolutely LOVE IT here! Dr. Nanon and Elliott explains everything thats going to happen step by step so you know what to expect. They are attentive. My family and I have had less family Dr. visits since we have been under chiropractic care here. I would recommend ALL to come and join The Graves Family!!

Highly-competent staff that practices with integrity, with a warm, accommodating staff. Ive suffered debilitating pain from a frozen shoulder for almost two years; through active release therapy, myofascial massage and adjustments theyve helped significantly improve my range of motion and reduce pain. Im finally starting to get to enjoy activities I used to enjoy - and some quality of life basics like a decent nights sleep. Have recommended to many already and dont make a habit of that unless I feel the provider is exceptional.

I believe Graves Chiropractic is FABULOUS! I went to see them for an auto injury and I cannot rave enough about the vast improvements I have had. Their office is very caring and everyone makes you feel welcome. The process is very smooth and you are explained every step of the way during your care so there is no surprises. I started going to Dr. Graves about a year ago after my friend recommended seeing a chiropractor for my neck. I couldnt move it and was in pain, not to mention the headaches! After 3 visits, my pain was gone and after the first time, I could move my neck without dying in pain! I still go at least twice a month just to feel better all around and sometimes I even get a massage! I LOVE the girls up front and everyone is so nice and friendly! LOVE Graves Chiropractic. Been going here for two years. Originally picked as a place to get chiropractic care since it was down the road from my job, but after moving across town to Allen I decided to try someone in the area there. That was a bad choice, after six adjustments I couldnt handle it and decided to go back to Dr Graves Family Chiropractic. Its been the only place to handle my hips, lower back, and neck pain. I went from having migraines every other month to never. Best place ❤️

Love this office! I cant say enough good things. Ive been a patient for 4+ years and brought my newborn son in here to Dr. Mize, the baby whisperer. Dr. Elliot is now Carsons favorite and at 3 yrs old will lay down on the table and allow Dr. Elliot to adjust him.
