Align provides and amazing chiropractic experience from start to finish. Beginning with a non-intrusive text reminder the day before your appointment, you feel welcome by the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Once you arrive, youre welcome with a smile and asked if you would like water or freshly brewed tea. (If youre thirsty like me, you can get both) I have never had to wait very long for Dr. James Nguyen to come out and welcome me with a smile and a firm handshake and remind me that one of his assistants will get me a room soon. Once in a room, James comes in and becomes familiar with the reason for your visit by asking questions ranging from general to specific, so that he may provide the most helpful services available. The last couple of times I have been, I have received acupuncture. Even with my hatred of needles, I have been able to receive the procedure due to James expertise in needle placement with minimal, if any, discomfort (again, I hate needles). My visits generally end with a nice rest on therapy beds which really help loosen up the muscles and joints. Afterward, Im given a vitamin drink as I schedule my next appointment. Honestly, its always a pleasure to go to Align Chiropractic and Im always eager to go back.

I am in my late 60’s and in February 2015 I started having severe pain in my right shoulder. I went to my general physician and she thought it was bursitis and referred me to an orthopedic specialist. The orthopedic doctor gave me a shot of cortisone and recommended physical therapy. After the shot and three weeks of physical therapy the pain was much worse. The orthopedic specialist recommend a rheumatologist and after much testing I was told I had rheumatoid arthritis. After discussing the side effects of the recommended drugs, I decided to research a holistic approach. Scheduling an appointed with Dr. James Nguyen was the BEST decision I have ever made. I have gone from a pain level of 10 to feeling great on the majority of days. After the first treatment I began to feel much better, and after the first month I realized I had made the right decision in taking the holistic route. Dr. Nguyen is very professional in listening to your description of the pain, taking the appropriate method of treatment and recommending things you can do to improve your overall health. I give Dr. Nguyen my highest recommendation; I would not hesitate to send any member of my family to him for consultation and treatment.

Dr. James has helped me so much! I was going to physical therapy for about 2 years for my extreme lower-back pain from an old fracture in my L5, degenerative disc disease in lumbar, and my SI joints being so messed up from years of running, soccer, and climbing. A friend referred me to him and so I was desperate to try anything as I wasnt finding relief from cortisone shots or PT. I started going twice a week to Dr. James May 2015 and after 2 weeks, I was getting relief for my chronic lower-back pain. Also, we had just found out when I started going to him that I was pregnant and he is so on top of it by making me comfortable every time! He goes above and beyond to help me... Hes even helped me find relief with my TMJ, which I didnt think would be possible. Also, the acupuncture and cupping help tremendously to get me (and this baby) centered! Honestly, the best customer service, I even have my husband going to him now!!! So glad to have found Dr. James!!!!

Dr. Nguyen is the only chiropractor, that I know of, who incorporates Eastern (Acupuncture) and Western (Chiropractic Care) medicine together. He is very thorough in his assessment of your overall health and listens to and addresses everything that is of concern to you. He gives his patients a truly one-on-one personalized service that makes them feel as if they are actually being treated as a person, and not just a number. I have had issues with my back for years due to accidents and injuries, but he is the only chiropractor that has made my conditions improve. His facility is top notch, and the atmosphere is tranquil and serene. It almost feels as if you are being treated in a resort instead of an office. The staff that work there are extremely helpful and friendly, and nothing less of accommodation should you need to reschedule. All in all, if you are in need of Chiropractic Care and or Acupuncture, you will not be disappointed with Align and Dr. Nguyen.

Search no longer!!! I cant even begin to say enough about how excellent my visit with Dr. Nguyen was!! His office staff went above and beyond fitting me in to be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Nguyens assessment was extremely thorough, probably even better than most family doctors Ive been to. I never felt rushed or pressured. Absolutely everything was explained to me in an appropriate manner. My pain was greatly alleviated after my adjustment, acupuncture, and cupping that he performed. His technique was impeccable and he focuses on the wellness of his patients (I even got a multivitamin boost drink/shot when checking out). He is definitely not just a chiropractor. I am so relieved I have definitely found a great wellness specialist & chiropractor! I will absolutely be referring to everyone in need :)

Dr. James is great. I had never experienced acupuncture before. After the first visit I was able to sleep through the night for the next three nights in a row where I had not slept through the night for over a year up to that point. I had reduced stress in my neck and shoulders while eliminating the stress headache I had for days. I was more alert, had more energy, and a better attitude for days, all in one visit! Since then I have been back about every two weeks for several months with many more remarkable results. Dr. James takes a very holistic approach and is addressing a wide variety of issues ranging from managing back pain to reducing sinus congestion and managing my weight. If you are interested in improving your life, you should give him a chance to help.

Dr. Nguyens "Tableside Manner" is wonderful. He takes time to find out HOW you are TODAY, not just treat you for what was bothering you last week or last month. He is in tune with all systems of the body and works closely with the patient to fine-tune your overall healing and recovery, regardless of what is ailing you. In addition to chiropractic care, I have received much needed help for various issues through several accupuncture treatments (in conjunction with cupping). He has been a "Miracle Worker" with my husbands neck and back issues, as well. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen and Align Chiropractic & Acupuncture any time to anyone.

Dr. Nguyen is a very knowledgable Chiropractor Acupuncturist. He is also skilled in fire cupping. He genuinely cares about his patients and tries to help improve their quality of life. I have watched Dr. Nguyens practice grow and thrive since he first opened his doors. He is truly committed to trying to improve his patients lives. Its hard to find people like him in todays world. TJ has been a welcome addition to his practice. She is easy to talk to and always seems to find a way to make his patients feel right at home.
