I wish I could give negative stars. I made an appointment, only to sit and wsit as they called walk-ins back before me. When I inquired as to why I wasnt given priority AS STATED ON SIGNS IN THEIR LOBBY, u was told rudely to sit down and wait my turn, as the glass window was slammed in my face. I then left and called their national customer service number to file a complaint, their response was, "So, what are we supposed to do?" I then asked to speak to a supervisor who continued to dismiss my complaint as having "no evidence" and said it could only be addressed on site. When I repeated that I tried to do that, but had the glass window slammed in my face, his response was "Oh, well, try again." That is insane! I will NEVER use Quest again. EVER.

This facility is in the professional building plaza 2 next to Baylor hospital in Carrollton . I had a hard time finding the place because they dont pick up the phone and the recording is very misleading . The service sucks at all quest diagnostics and specially this one my wife scheduled an appointment at 11 am Saturday morning and when we reached there the door was locked after knocking on it for 15 min finally a patient opened the door and we didnt get seen until 12 pm . Its not fun to wait an hour after scheduled appointment when one is empty stomach also .... Over all a bad experience I feel we all need a better facility in town that has better customer service and respect for time

First time I went in was treated nicely, but had to be stuck twice even though I explained I am a hard stick. Today however, the girl, Michelle, was awful and rude. Told her I didnt want to be stuck twice, which I guess made her angry, she was really rough with my arm, and stuck me (hurt like hell) incorrectly. She apologized, and went and got another person, who stuck me in the same place, and got the sample. Appears as if Michelle did it incorrectly the first time on purpose. I am so freaking mad!

I went in just to pick up a bottle for a 24 hour urine sample. There was no one at the front desk but a lot of people sitting in the waiting room. I knocked on the window and finally someone came to the door and asked what I wanted. I said that I only wanted to get a bottle for a urine test and he rudely told me that he was busy and to take a seat. He never came back with a bottle. I left and went to Lab Corp. I will never use Quest for my lab work again.

The woman at the window is rude beyond belief. We were here before 4:30 and she wasnt at the window she argued with me about how she was there and we werent that she had just got up. Well I call bs. She decided she wanted to make sly comments when we came back into day. She makes this place horrible if i werent prego i would have came thru that window when she put her finger up to shhhsh me while she answered the phone.

Went to Quest at PSC draw station on Josey Lane in Carrollton, Tx. Walked in at 8:08a, was out by 8:25a. Lobby was full on Sat. Morning. Staff was efficiently moving patient load. My phlebotomist was friendly and pleasant. When I left, lobby was almost empty. From start to finish was a pleasant experience.

I just wanted to thank Binu and the staff at the Carrollton office for once again providing me not only with an efficiently-run appointment, but also for Binus patience and understanding, as having my bloodwork done as an adult still leaves me squeamish. She made all the difference.

It took someone almost 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there because no one was sitting at the front desk and it was the worst blood pull Ive ever had done. 3 days later and my arm is still bruised purple and blue, definitely not going back.

Taken my special needs child in for Pediatric draw for the past 5 years at the Carrollton location. They got him in quickly and was very gentle with my child. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Will continue to bring my child here.

No, the Carrollton Tx location is still open inside Baylor Carrollton. I just went last week. But I have yet to get my lab results. I gave it one star because I had to. NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in at 10:30am on a Saturday and walked out at 10:55am. My phlebotomist was friendly and she got it on the first try (Im 26 and thats the first time thats ever happened).
