called about a surprise bill a week ago, spoke to Sarai who sent me to my doctor. called my doctors office who called propath. docs office said my doctor spoke to a Mark Matthews (no idea who he is) and propath would discount. docs office asked me to call the lab to verify. i called immediately, spoke to Ann who said she would call my docs office. propath supervisor Nicholas called me back same day, said Ann was just covering, that he was "handling my case & will follow up when i have news". i called 3 days later to get "news", got Sarai again who said bill is correct & sent me to Nicholas. of course he agreed w Sarai & sent me back to doc. decide for yourself what rating that kind of response should receive. ive had better customer experience with used car dealers

Careful with Propath billing dept. Its very difficult to get hold off some one, I tried numerous times to inquiry about my bill. you need to be on hold for more than 40 mins and line hangs itself. Ridiculous customer care. if you dont get connected to the call, later your details will be notified to collection agency.

Billing is horrible. They would rather reflexively send you to collections than to dare send a claim to two locations. Ask your doctor for them by name. And try not to do business with them.

Pathology requires expert training and EXPERIENCE. Two pathologists may not agree on the same case. When in doubt, get a second opinion here. Better yet, get the first opinion here.
