I saw a lot of recent bad reviews so I would like to leave mine as well, which was actually probably the most pleasant experience Ive had getting blood drawn. My appointment was at 8:45 but I was wanting to get to work by 9 so I came in at about 8:10 hoping they could squeeze me in early.. I was literally in and out in less than ten minutes. There were no issues at all.. Hans (hoping I spelled his name right) was the one who helped me and drew my blood and he was great. Was an easy stick and none more painful than your standard blood draw- even with having to fill 6 vials I felt fine (sometimes I get a bit lightheaded)... I have definitely had experiences with people not knowing how to draw blood, or with my veins rolling, or one lady even making a comment I might have Hep C (due to the fact I was getting the liver functions test, even though it was part of the STD blood work) - yikes, get a new day job lady. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will go back to this location if needed.

Worst labcorp ever! Last year when I was here, the lady that took my blood said they didnt ever carry any butterfly needles and was very rude. This year I accidentally made an appointment online here again and as soon as I wrote my my name to check in, the woman at the counter took off to greet some some friends that just walked in. There were 3 of us in line. She invited her friends in the back and without a word to us waiting, proceeded to catch up with them behind the counter. We decided to finally sit after a couple minutes. After about 15 minutes, she came back to the counter, checked us in, and immediately sent us to a room. From the time I walked in the room to when I left, it took about 8 minutes but I was there for 30 in total. I dont mind waiting if theres a line, but if she wouldve just checked us instead of running off to catch up with friends, I wouldnt have had to.

The receptionist was very untrained and unprofessional.... caused a waiting line just to sign in by attempting to call a patients primary physician using the wrong number! Once finally (10 min later) connecting to the doctor he got some information then hung-up and yelled SH## loudly in the waiting room because he forgot to get a reference name. Many people left immediately. This place should be avoided if you are able to. Ask your doctor to request lab work elsewhere!

HORRIBLE! definitely need to work on customer service. They suck at drawing blood I have horrible bruises on my arms. I tried to ask some questions about the test they were drawing blood for and was met with hostile attitudes. They were very slow I will never go back to this one. Shame on them. They also tried to tell me I had an outstanding bill and I had to pull up the confirmation number on my phone so I could continue with my test.

Money hungry blood suckers....these people keep sending collection notices to seniors. It was very clearly mentioned that their tests were all covered by the insurance...and few months later they send highly overpriced invoices. Just for one thing I had to take my mom out there three times...They are so unorganized...its not even funny. I am of the opinion that their business practices are quite shady.

I have never had any issues with this location...they asked to debit my account as well it was only 50.00 and saved me the hassle of having to pay. The last visit there was an issue as to how my doc requested the sample. Without further qyestions to me she immediately contacted my doctor. Its always been no hassle at this location.

I hate to say it but its a rude loud mouth nasty black lady working here. She doesnt need to be in the customer service field or medical field. She look like a cafeteria worker with that old ass synthetic wig on!

In and out in about 20 minutes. There really isnt much more to say.. staff was more efficient than friendly, but its not like I went there to hang out.
