Had wellness check done less than 20 minutes including my wait to be seen. Appointments can be made but more of a walk in branch. Just make sure you pre-register online, or calling in to save time completing paperwork. Accepts most insurances. Location has valet for $3. Parking not much further away with tons of spots. East to find, right off elevator on second floor. Had a good experience, saw Valerie. Delightful.

Awful customer service, late getting results to the Dr. and when they did come in they were sent to the wrong one. Phlebotomist also needs to learn how to stick a patient without hitting the tendons.

I have tried to call this branch multiple times and can never get anyone to answer the phone. Not sure how you can operate a business and not answer the phone but somehow these guys are.
