Fantastic selection of products and normally excellent service. Today, I purchased a protein powder refill (by weight in a thin plastic bag) as I have monthly for about the last two years. This time, the (seemingly new) cashier added the weight of an empty plastic bucket to my purchase. When asked about this new procedure, the cashier said "this is the way it has always been." Why the heck am I purchasing a "refill" at a reduced rate if they are going to add the weight of the plastic bucket and charge me for it? The owner is getting a nasty letter very soon. Depending on the outcome, I may be finding another retailer.

Wonderful store, THEY HAVE IT ALL! I am very happy to see the huge selection on gluten free items, from hard to find G/F frozen ready made pie shells to G/F pie mixes to awesome ready made "Foods by George" frozen cheese pizza. There were G/F items I had never seen before and I thought I had seen it all, Ive been on the G/F diet since 1991. The selection of supplements was extensive and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The peanut butter smoothie I had was outstanding ,my only complaint is they dont have a G/F list for the smoothie bar. I love this store and travel about 20 miles to shop there but its so worth it.

I highly recommend Family Health Market in Frisco. Weve been going there for years and have loved it for natural remedies and truly healthy food options (not the "fake healthy", big name food producer kind). The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and caring. This is a "hidden gem" if ever there were one. Worth the trip, even if you dont live in the area. For such a small store, they are very well stocked. Loyal fan for life.

My daughter is hypothyroid and was chronically low on Vitamin D. I was able to discuss this with Lawrence who put her on a high quality, high dose of D3. She is always in the healthy range now at blood draws. The personal attention and care shown each guest is really wonderful.
