Never could I have thought that I would receive this amount of care. From the moment I walked it the staff was curtious kind and caring of my needs. All of my appointments were quick and exactly on time the social worker is a fabulous and the front desk staff are welcoming and efficient. I can not believe someone would scare people off from this amazing clinic with bad reviews

If you get an Asian doctor named Lu, turn around and walk out. She has a big chip on her shoulder about American GIs. One of the worst attitudes of any doctor Ive ever met. Probably tied to the fact that we decimated several countries in Asia. Nothing wrong with that great American dollar though.

Although convenient for those who live in and around the Plano area, their phone system is the worlds worst!! Its hard to get anybody to answer on most occasions. If you do get assigned to Dr. Lee, she has one of the worst bedside manners of any of the doctors I have seen at the VA yet!

If you get assigned to Dr. Le, Run for your life! She will discontinue your pain meds and leave you in pain and potential withdraws.
