The service here is a joke. Staffs dont even know what theyre doing. I made an appointment two times (one for scheduling, another for confirmation), but they kicked me out on the visit because they couldnt find me on their records. They said they could see I paid for the fee. Then why did I pay for the fee? The woman at the desk seemed to blame on me since she was repeatedly saying "you are not on the record". I dont care whatever mistake you made, but you guys were the ones responsible for it. This is not first time. I had the same issue when I came here at UTD 4 years ago and needed for vaccination. They dont care about students and they never get better. People here are very rude and have no work IQ. Plus, they have a few very tiny rooms and limited facilities with few medical professionals. Population here has doubled since I came here but no expansion? Dont waste your time and money and go for an off campus hospital.

They do their job properly but they are not nice at all or even friendly. You dont feel comfortable or welcome. If I had health insurance I would not go back there, I would pick a different clinic. Would not recommend.

Ive gone here a lot for sinus infections and things like that. Most of the staff is helpful and nice. Especially the nurse Kathryn and the clerk Rachel. I am really glad that I have this option.

It provide very limited services and they dont do a good job on helping people with organizing immunization and health record. Go find your own primary care provider.
