The waiting here is normally very long. Even though my family books our appointments, we still end up waiting for 30 minutes up to an hour. I go here at least two to three times a year, and Dr.Howard makes my appointments very nice and fun! He always loves conversating with my parents, and he is kind enough to thoroughly explain any concerns we have. I love asking him to give me acne prescriptions! Ive taken pills for my acne and its all gotten so much better, too. Dr.Howard really knows his stuff and isnt afraid to speak the truth about certain medications, its pros and cons of it. Im sorry to hear about the other negative experiences others have had here with this clinic. Surprisingly shocking to me, because Dr.Howard is a very respected, nice, intelligent and confident doctor. Ive never had anything wrong happen.

Been to the clinic several times, 2 - 2.5 hours waiting EVERY SINGLE appointments. I have no idea why the clinic even bother booking appointment while seeing patient as first come first serve. After getting into the room there will be another half an hour waiting. The staff is rude and unreasonable. The physician is careless when the concern of waiting is asked. I worked in the health care system as well. We appology everytime the patient has to wait 15-30 minutes pass the appointment time. Ill never come back here again. Waste my time.

Losing your mind and screaming for someone to leave because they asked for a proven preventative medicine is a terrible act, and I despise you and your practice for it. Its borderline illegal, unless you lie, if confronted, and come up with a different reason for why you banned a patient from your practice.

Wait time is horrible!!! I arrived at the facility at 2:05pm and now its 4:34 and I havent even seen the doctor. Not many patients and plenty of staff....only 5 rooms which only 4 are being used. Took almost two hours to get into a room.

Dr Nguyen doesnt follow ihis doctors oath to treat all patients! He told gay man to leave his practice. Guess he has a hypocritical oath. Shame on you!

The waiting room was very hot and I waited over an hour before I just chose to leave. No point in making an appointment if they dont go by the times!

Dropped me when I asked about PrEP. PrEP is preventative, not a morning after pill, as this socalled doctor says. Shameful and illegal.
