Dr. ALI is professional, knows what hes doing, and genuinely cares for his patients. I noticed from my first visit, I was in good hands. Unfortunately I had to bounce around from 3 Doctors to get there. They really do have a great staff. Staring from the receptionist in front lobby area, almost as if she knows you personally and helps keep up with current and future appointments. If you can’t make it, you hear the concern and asks how I’m feeling before even scheduling the next available time. The nurses are very knowledgeable about what would be best for the patient. They take their time to wrap and clean wounds. They are aware youre in pain so they work around it to get the job done without causing trauma. In my case I had issues w short term disability and employer needing up to date paperwork every other visit. Yes I know it could be a hassle to fill out what seems as books of paperwork but Britney Owen RN was clearly on top of it. Every visit I was confronted about what had come in and that it would be handled. I’m all healed up thanks to all of yous!

Dr. Ali has been my sons pediatrician since birth and hes now 11 years old! Dr. Ali is very kind and caring of his patients. The office staff from front to back are wonderful!! Everyone always has a smile to light up a room. Some people are complaining of the wait time but you have to understand that this is a pediatric clinic, they are seeing and dealing with children of all ages which can take time. Its well worth it. You can tell that Dr. Ali and his staff cares about each and every child that walks through the door. Scheduling is always easy and any needs or concerns are always addressed in a timely, professional manner. Thank you Dr. Ali and staff for such great customer service and taking excellent care of my child and others!!

Dr. Ali is a good and knowledgeable doctor. He gives you great advice on the health care/condition of your kids, even advice outside medicine - kids education and extra-curricular activities for after school hours and during school break. My kids loves going to see him at the slight health complain even if it is a tiny scratch, because of him 2 of my kids wants to be pediatricians. The only thing I hate is the long wait during his peak visit hours, but I understand, because he has to give his time to his his patients, considering these are little kids, they need patience and take a little longer to attend to and provide care.

Dr. Ali has been my girls pediatrician since they were born. Hes a great doctor but the wait is ridiculous. If I schedule an appointment to been seen at 11, I shouldnt be left in a room til 1. They put you in a room then forget about you...taking up most of my day. Maybe dont double book appointments??
