Awful just awful organization to work with. I saw for treatment of foot issue that was unresolved. I decided to go to another doctor, and asked for copy of x rays. Had to wait 24 hours for a copy to be made and paid $30 for a CD with the images. Went to the new doctors office only to have them tell me the CD was blank. Rather than pay a second copay I had to get new x rays taken during the visit. Following the visit I contacted Advanced Foot and Ankle Center for a refund and they say no refunds. This was never mentioned before. Also they insisted they could provide another copy of the CD only. I wouldnt trust these guys to turn a door knob. Currently disputing with credit card company. Really sad after are the money I spent with these guys to have them fight me over a $30 credit for their mess. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service. I and my family have gone here for years. No more, and I caution everyone else to avoid Advanced Foot and Ankle Center.

Both my son and I are patients here; first with Dr. Hadfield (who moved back to New Mexico in January), and now with Dr. Lloyd. We have like both doctors very much; our issues are pretty much resolved, and now maintenance/monitoring is all that were having to do. The Prosper office is a satellite office, so any "records" have to be processed at the main office on Virginia Pkwy in McKinney (which is not far away, either). That said, though, we have always had great (and competent) experiences at the Prosper office.

Great office staff, kind and considerate of patient needs. I got in to see Dr. Lloyd within 10-15 min and his knowledge and personalized care was outstanding. I would recommend this podiatrist to anyone.
