I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. I woke up at 9 and threw up. I attempted calling the health center, which was open, several times and no one picked up. When I finally got a hold of someone and tried to cancel my appointment it was 9:45. They told me that there would be a $30 cancellation or late fee. So, after throwing up I had to run all the way across campus just to get here and remain sitting in the waiting room for 20+ minutes. Easy to say Im never, ever using their services again. Literal joke.

UCF Dental Center: Appointments take weeks, if not over a month to book. As far as the work I did have a teeth cleaning that was very professional. When I was misbooked for an appointment I was told they would call me the following day and "fit me in" sooner than scheduling an appointment. I received no call, and when I went in to clear this up they told me I would have to book a month out. Decided to switch to a more convenient local dentist.

Considering the fact that most of the services are included in the tuition, I think this place is pretty great. I have mostly gone in for cold/flu-like systems and random lady-related services. They also have psychiatric services, which is incredibly helpful. Their staff of nurse practitioners and doctors is very helpful. They also refer you to outside medical places if you need different services.

I am super disappointed in the UCF pharmacy, they are bascially closed most of December and do not think to give you enough prescriptions to last through that time. I have left messages on the phone but they only check the messages certain days so if they dont check it youre screwed. So now I have to go a few days without a medication that I need because there is no one working to transfer anything

Quick service for pcp service. 4/5 times Ive been here they have been able to see me the same day. Unfortunately neither the doctors nor the labs accept any type of Medicaid!!! Fortunately students get basically everything except labs, X-rays, and vaccines paid by their tuition. Staff are courteous and fairly well-informed. I havent used the dental service but month long waits wouldnt surprise me

Went in to figure out a womens health issue, saw me once, took blood and then "forgot" to call me with results. Then they gave me birth control without actually looking into what the problem was and didnt tell me until I came in on my own. Never was examined and made the wrong appointment for the follow up. Worst time Ive had here ever.

I went to the health center numerous times during my years at UCF, and they were always wonderful. They had kind and patient doctors, kept the area clean and tidy, and had helpful pharmacists. I miss them a lot since graduating and wish I could make them my regular doctors office.

For cleaning and check-up, was less expensive than dental insurance premium with co-pay. Very nice looking exam area, very friendly staff, dentist provided excellent explanations about my problems.

Always have had good visits here, they are quick and kind to what you are telling them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone going to UCF and even not going there.

I have visited in three occasions, and the service has been excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and Dr. Roberts is amazing--could not ask for more!

Waste of time. They do not have in place all they claim to have. The doctor was trying to sell me on some services outside of UCF health...

Miserable. If you have insurance, go somewhere else
