I liked this dentist office for my son til my oldest son had to have dental work done to get a crown and some fillings. As the dentist was working on his teeth she must of been too rough or stretched his lips to the max because she ended up ripping his bottom lip. She tried to say he might be allergic to latex but I dont see how that could be if he had other dental check ups where they used latex gloves. She put meds on his lip so I didnt really see what it looked like because it was so fresh it just looked red and a little swollen but later that night when I was cleaning it you can definitely tell the layer of skin was ripped from his bottom lip on the left side so I knew it was not from a allergic reaction to latex like she had said. Days later it looked worse and worse his skin was torn and til this day he has a scar on his bottom lip on the left side. He had to take his pre-k graduation pics with a big scab on his lip. I switched dentists and will never take him back there again. If I could post a pic of his lip I would but I dont know how to do that.

The nurses and Doctors at this facility are AMAZING! They are prompt, courteous, friendly, understanding, listen to patient, attentive, carry on great conversation, discuss treatment, answer questions, make you feel secure, pleasant, and do much more. I could go on forever about this facility. Get in real quick, handle my business, get on my way. They are very friendly with children. Make children feel very comfortable and parents may tag along with their children. I been somewhere in Corpus Christi with my nieces and parents are not allowed to go back with their child. That scared me..but not here. They welcome it with open arms. Even myself in a wheelchair, I was still able to go with my child. They made room for me too. Love this place..Bring your kids! #Dentalcare at its finest!

I recently sought the services of Dr Jia-Woei Wang for extraction of a wisdom tooth. Dr. Wang and his team came highly recommended, and were indeed highly professional, efficient and extremely courteous before and after the procedure. Dr. Wang answered all questions and addressed my pre-operative concerns. The day after the surgery, my family and friends could not believe I had the procedure the previous day. I believe Dr. Wangs professional recommendations for the procedure made the difference. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Wang and his team at Kennedy Dental Care!

I loved the dentist we saw here she did a great job with my son. But the billing department/ins side has been a NIGHTMARE!! If you go here get everything preauthorized so you know EXACTLY what you will be paying and DO NOT put any trust in the billing department to get it right, do it YOURSELF. Everyone we met in there was nice, but it has been 5 months since our visit and I am STILL having issues related to the billing department from our visit.

Having a child with high anxiety can make going to the dentist or any social setting very difficult. The staff at Kennedy Dental on Alameda were very patient with her, and she was able to go through the whole visit without one tear or panic attack. Thank you so much for explaining everything to my daughter and giving her visuals as well. We will definitely be coming back to Kennedy dental for her checkups.

Everyone of the staff were awesome so nice respectful all had smiles and very professional. It was a very great experience for our daughters first check up.All the way up to making the apt. to getting all the paperwork all the staff made us so happy and welcoming.Great for first time parents we will def be going back for her 3 month check there! Nice Dr. as well as the hygen.

My only negative feedback was the wait for my scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and waited an hour to be seen by the dentist/hygienist. The staff and dentist were great. I will be transferring my other child to this practice as they do allow parents to accompany children at any age, and my overall experience was very positive.

Staff is good. At first they may seem a bit jerkish. But in fact overall they really do care about your childrens teeth. So they will get on to the parents for not helping your child brush there teeth. It only takes about 10 min if that of your day to brush your childs teeth. Just simply help them. Thanks Kennedy Dental for help keeping our teeth healthy!

The best dentist office ever. We drive 3hours the arrive to the office because its the place where my son feels comfortable and fearless. .due to his severe autism and other disability. Just amazed of their patience and dedication..i wouldnt change to another dentist office. I will absolutely go the 3 hour drive. #KENNEDYDENTALCAREROCK!!!
