Its so good, I still cant believe I found them!!! The advantage to offer all patients the best available medicine. Dr. Carson and Dr. Schact and the always amazing Ms. Brandy at the front desk, a kind staff always offers a gentle hand in caring for your sick or injured animal. It is a desire to understand our needs at a time when our beloved pets are ill or injured which will keep me going back to them for the best care EVER in Miami. I had lost hope after being here for over a decade, but now, I know my pets and I have a place to run to if we ever need medical attention. These people are probably the most honest and caring individuals you will ever know. They are the only ones in Miami that make it possible for people of middle to low incomes, to care and be responsible about our pets routine care. Yearly vaccines and heart worm tests do not have to cost hundreds of $$. If you go to Bilds, you will walk out thinking they missed something on your bill...lol. Its very affordable and in exchange, all you need to have is a little patience for the wait. If you love animals, just think of how amazing this place is. You cant miss it!!! You have to go and see for yourself.

I have 3 dogs which can be very costly when it comes to healthcare, but Bilds is unbelievably affordable for such high level work, meds, etc. Not only that, but Bilds Animal Hospital consists of doctors that are the best of what they do. The head doctor himself, is a very old and wise man who can diagnose sickness and/or injuries within a minute. One of my female dogs went through about a year or so of pseudocyesis "phantom pregnancies" which lead to her getting a cyst. He not only knew in seconds what it was, but was able to predict when it would pop, which was within the next few hours following the visit, and supplied me with the best advice to keep her comfortable. What was at first very scary, quickly followed with expert level handling and aftermath. He has always been right on point with diagnosing, predicted certain outcomes, and knew exactly the way Id prefer to handle it. I try to stay away from medications and/or surgery unless completely necessary, and knowing this, he was able to give me great advice with a more holistic approach. The hours are tough, but I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have a rather large family (4 legged, that is) and over the years medical care has become an increasingly difficult issue, as I think it is for most, especially in these economic times. I found 3 puppies, less than 8 wks old, wondering around my neighborhood, severely neglected, very sick. Then I found Bild Animal Hospital. This place makes you do “The Right Thing”. My typical visit to other Veterinarian Hospitals left me feeling like “I don’t know what to do, my pet is sick and I can’t afford to pay that much”“okay, I can’t buy groceries”, “what bill do I not pay this month?” or “more on my credit card!!!”. But, Bild’s is a blessing. I left there feeling like, “I can bring these babies back and afford to get them better food.” I want people in North Miami to know: 1- You do have a choice. 2- You can afford good Veterinarian care. 3- Do the Right Thing for Your Pets, GET THEM HEALTHY AND KEEP THEM HEALTHY. The doctors and staff at Bild Animal Hospital make it easy to do this. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. It took me over 20 attempts to actually get their phone to ring. I call them to get a copy of my medical records and Im on hold for 30 mins and the lady tells me she cant find my records and that it must be under someone elses name. I insist that I went alone and she continues to insist that its under someone elses name and that she cant help me. She tells me to find my receipt and then call her. I cant believe that they just treat peoples records this poorly. I needed it to move with my dog to an apartment and she didnt cooperate at all. Would never go back to this place or recommend it to any of you.

The best veterinarian care for your pet. I fell in love with the place when my baby got sick and started vomiting and wouldnt eat or drink, they gave him medicine, antibiotics, blood test and the vet visit was extraordinary. I only paid $92 in total, as medicines where included on the bill. The day before went to Banfield where they made him worst as he spent all night shivering and with upset stomach, charged me $790 and no medicine was given to me. I was about to pay almost $250 moren it. Thank God I found this new place!!! Dr Schacht is wonderful, very sweet and would never take advantage of the suffering of the pets owner.

I have to say that their experience is unmatched!!!! My family and I have been taking our pets there for 10+ years and find the entire staff to be very friendly, caring and honest. Both Vets know their stuff, and more importantly they seem to do this for the love of their profession rather than money. They are very affordable and reasonably priced with medications. My only complaint is their hours of business are very limited (I think its 7 AM -12 PM) and also its difficult to get a hold of someone by phone since they are soooo busy. Other than that, I will continue to take my pets to Bild :-)

Best vet clinic in the area hands down. The entire staff is genuinely caring and pleasant. Theyre a tiny clinic operated by vets and staff who keep prices low. Provide all proper diagnostics and dont try to rob you with exaggerated claims. Keep in mind, since they are a small facility and focus more on getting your pets checked in & out, their clinic is not one of those with high-end interior decorations. And you MUST arrive as early as possible in order to be seen, since it is on a first come first serve basis, which i dont have any problems with.

Excellent care. Do not go if you are not kind and caring to your dogs. These vets are seniors that are only in the business for their love of animals. I have been going here for over 20 years and since 79th street. In response to the negative review. Could you call a new doctor and see them the same day? you said you care about animals but do not show up until 1130 when advised that office closes at 1200...REALLY!!!! They offered you an alternative location for service... you forgot to enter that didnt you? ..

My mother found this place for the little magic man. He is a 9 lb poodle who had his knee pop out and couldnt walk for days. Bild clinic diagnosed and adjusted the knee back in place within minutes. Magic feels so much better. He gave us some anti-inflammatory meds and only spent 55 bucks! Awesome place for awesome pets and vets alike. We live on Miami Beach where it is well known all vets and pet hospitals have to GOUGE/RIP OFF pet OWNERS JUST TO PAY THE RENT! BILD IS THE BEST!

I have been coming to this vet for over 15yrs. They are the best!!! Always willing to go the extra mile for your pets, willing to offer advice and information on alternative remidies that may help and ease any discomfort that your pet may or is going through and even when I had to make that dreaded decision to let my pet cross over they were so patient and really helped make the decision one that I did not regret. The Staff and Veternarians are awesome!!!!!
