I use to like this clinic because my dog was very comfortable with the vet; however, that changed about 1 or 2 weeks ago. So I left my dogs to board at this place for 2 nights and they went ahead and performed services on them without informing me first. I have NO problem paying for shots/services if my dog requires it in order to board at their place; however, NO ONE informed me that they were going to do it. When I confronted the two receptionists the day I went to pick my dogs up and saw the HUGE BILL, they both LIED to my face and said they had told me, which is false because I wasnt even the one that dropped my dogs off. When I called them out on their lie, they said they had called "someone" on the phone, which is a complete fabrication. FIRST of all, the person that dropped them off would never have allowed anything to be done to my dogs without my consent since I am the one that is paying; AND if I wouldve been notified of how much it would cost me for 2 nights of boarding, i would have not even bothered to leave both dogs. Not only do these people lie to my face, one receptionist literally starts yelling at me and contradicting me on THEIR LIE. I am always polite and pleasant with others ESPECIALLY if they are dealing with my dogs, but these ladies were really rude without any provocation. Anyway, in addition to all that, the receptionist and tech BOTH FAILED to notify me at the time of my departure that my dogs meds were at the front desk. When I called to complain, they AGAIN lied and denied any wrong doing. I asked them to please mail it to me since I live really far from them and it was THEIR fault that I left the meds...its been two weeks and I have yet to receive the meds that I paid for. I literally spent more than $1600 on both my dogs these past few months and would have continued to be a customer, but they suck. Seriously, I was disheartened by the whole way I was treated without provocation. I traveled over 40 minutes on car with my dog (who HATESSSS car rides) to this place because I WAS a loyal customer...NOT ANYMORE. They forever lost a customer.

I love this Clinic! my dog is 12 yo and i saw a lot of different doctors and vet offices... Adams is the best. Это лучшая ветеринарная клиника. выглядит неюогато, зато врачи знают что делают и ни разу! не пытались развести на деньги и доп. процедуры

They fail to find a string on my cats throat that eventually ended up killing her. They gave her vitamins because she was throwing up. I took my cat to a hospital 2 days after the clinic and they found the string on her throat. It was tangled on her intestines already. I had to put my cat to sleep. ADAMs CLINIC FAILED TO HELP MY CAT. They only cared to charge $300 for vitamin shots. My cat died. They didnt help.

They are awesome! Saved my Romeos life 2x. Affordable and friendly. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about with the spanish. I never even heard any one speak spanish here. My dogs have been patients for years. No frills, honest good help for your pet. Best part, is they dont rob your blind like many other vets in miami and brickell.

Dr. Allen saved our cats life after his intestines were blocked by a massive hairball. I am so thankful the doctor did everything possible to avoid surgery and once under the knife he managed to removed the blockage without removing his intestine. We wont ever go to another place.

Very kind and knowledgeable, have been with them since the Drs. Fusco came. The staff is helpful and the Drs. take time to explain any issues with my dogs and help me understand the best course of treatment,whenever necessary. Would NEVER go anywhere else.

While we have had good experiences with the veterinarians we took my 17 pound dog to be euthanized and were charged three times the average price. If I were to do it again we wouldve taken him to the Humane Society where pricing is normal!

worse!!!!!!!!!! i just call and the receptionist (dont speak spanish) but she speak spanish, and i try to make an appointment ,butttt...,i cant ..stupid people!

The receptionists there need to be trained on how to treat their customers better. They seem to be able to lie very easily. The vet is mediocre at best.
