I was there this morning at 9:30am and the office wasnt open. When I looked at the sign I saw that they open at 10 so I decided to wait. At approx., 10:10 another coupled showed up with their dog and we started talking and they said they had an appointment for 10:15. Finally, the doctor shows up with the tech at 10:20. The tech saw that my dog was coughing blood so she decided to check what was wrong with him first. The doctor calls her to his office and my brother and I can hear him tell her that Im not seeing them and to put them out of the room. The tech says can you at least look to see whats wrong first, the doctor says I dont care. So my brother speaks up and say that its not fair and youre being very rude. The doctor tells my brother and I to get out and to take our dog somewhere else. My brother says you show up late and this is how you talk to your clients. The doctor say I dont care, this is my office and I dont have to explain myself to anyone. Im not mad because he wanted to take his appointment first but theres a way to talk to ppl. Then he tell us to get out and take our dog somewhere else, he didnt even look at the dog. What if the dog was dying? Is it because Im black?

My dog had broken off his dew claw and was limping and squeeling in pain. I called this vet in the morning around 10am and they answered and told me I could come in after 10 minutes. I was seen promptly they where very nice people. The doctor removed the claw and gave an injection of antibiotics. The price was very reasonable. They charge $40 for office visit. I was very happy with the service, did not have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Very happy with this office

Im Black to and with me they wore very nice, very professional and at a good price. I guess in life what you give thats what you receive. So Liz next time be nice to people and most likely they will be nice to you, instead of being complaining about what time the Dr got there or what not.
