Ive been taking my dog here for about a year. I went in today to check a rash she had around he tail end. Turned out to be just a heat spot. So the vet suggested a steroid shot and a antibiotic shot, pills and a spray. On the print out they give you that had the stuff they want to give your pet read rhe following: each shot was $50 each. The pills read $16 and the spray $22. Plus the checkup was $50. In total i was supposed to pay around $192. I rejected both injections and only wanted to take the pills and spray. As soon as i rejected both injections, vet assistant notified the vet and came back with a change in price for the pills. From $16 to $40-something. The assistant asked the front desk tech to restart the computer program to see if the price for the pills had changed. It didnt. On several occasions. Next they told me the spray wasnt in stock. In the end i left that place feeling lied to and taken advantage of. Just because i didnt accept the injections that i felt were unnecessary the vet decided to screw me over and hike the price of the pills. I ended up payi g almost $100 for the pills and check up. It was supposed to be around $66. Its not about the money, its about how that place operates when you dont take their treament. I will NOT be taking my pets to this place anymore. The only person who i think knew that what took place was wrong was the receptionist.

I went to this vet couple times. Once for a yearly visit. I did not get the rabies shot because my dog had been given the 3 year shot and was not due. I needed a new rabies certificate to provide to animal services for a new yearly tag. I called the clinic to request the certificate and the receptionist refused to even ask the doctor for a certificate despite my supplying them with all my dogs medical records. They stated I had to call my old vet who hadnt seen my dog in a year since we moved to obtain the new certificate. I called my old vet, who stated they could not issue the certificate as they hadnt seen my dog and that Arch Creek should issue it. I called the receptionist back and explained what my old vet had said, still she refused to ask the doctor. I asked to speak to the doctor himself, she refused. Later that day I went to the clinic and asked to speak to the doctor. I explained the situation and he gave me the certificate. I found the doctor to be competent, but his staff not so much. I will say that Im only reviewing this clinic as they sent me an email asking for a review. Unlike this clinic, they ask so they shall receive. Do yourself a favor, take your baby to see Dr. Hardy at the Animal Clinic of Ives Dairy and save yourself a headache.

I was not happy with the services at all. I took my dog to get fixed & get shots. Mr. Robinson the vet tech was not helpful at all.I was not given any information about the after care of my dog. They just gave me my dog & pills & that was it. When she got home she was throwing up & I had no clue what to do. So I google it. I asked if they were going to give my dog the cone that goes around their heads,to keep them from irritating the area. They told me it will cost more. Ive never heard that before. Not even from Human Society. Dogs are always sent home with a cone after surgery. They wanted to charge for ever little thing. They even asked for the leash back, what they put on the dogs.Which I didnt care about cause I had my own. But its the principal. When I lefted I realized I didnt get any paperwork on the shots & the procedure that was done. I called them to have them send it in a email. They told me they would do so right away. Later on that night I checked & did not receive anything. Very very upset with the services. The doctor did a good job but his staff SUCKS. I dont recommend them at all. They pick & choose who they want to tend too.

Thought I found a great place to board my dogs until they miscommunicated a specific vaccine need in order to board my dogs that I could have gotten done at my vet under my dogs plan. Not only did they not respect the fact that they misinformed me after I called multiple times before arranging someone to take my dogs for me, I didnt care for the backlash attitude when asking them to contact my vet for specific information (Her name was Alex). Apparently, Im not important as a client because I only come to board my dogs. Im sorry I thought that would make me a valuable client being that I drive 40 minutes from my home past many places to board my dogs there!!!! Dont board your dogs if you care to have great service. It seems that you need to bring your animal to see him all the time. I guess youre not a valuable client unless you are feeding their pockets by your pet being sick all the time! This is my last time boarding there. I am disgusted by the horrible treatment and basically told Im not a valuable client! This makes me nervous and wonder how they actually treat my dogs when I leave them...Im spreading the word to my pet lover friends

We have been going to Arch Creek Animal Clinic for about 4 years with our 2 pugs and we are completely satisfied with all aspects of the clinic. Dr. Williams is a extremely professional and caring Vet, willing to go the extra mile for his furry patients. It is clear he really cares about all his patients and their owners. His treatment plans are always appropriate and he is always willing to discuss the treatment and cost options to determine the best and most cost-effective treatment for our pets. His staff are excellent and the facility is clean and modern. The Prevent Plan - Pet Wellness Plans he offers help keep our pet health bills down and allows us to budget monthly for all the required annual services to keep out 2 much loved pugs in excellent health. I recommend Dr. Williams, Arch Creek Animal Clinic and the Prevent Plans he offers completely for all your pet health needs.

I had to take my cat, Masha, to the clinic, to get her vaccinated against rabies. Appointment was made right away. Masha has been at the clinic the third time. This time she surprised me, she let the doctor do injections without fighting. She had some side affects after vaccination and when it comes to my cat, I am always overreacting. I have read whatever I could find on line and I found out that the DOCTOR at the clinic did a great job. I am sure not an expert and you may wonder how do I know that it was a great job? Masha got her vaccine and she has to be back in 3 years , she got vaccinated in her legs, she was comfortable with the doctor. THE DOCTOR DID THE BEST FOR HER, WITHOUT ME ASKING HIM. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО.
