Im a BIG BABY when it comes to dental work. When i was younger i had a traumatic experience with a dentist where he shocked my nerves and i never wanted to go back or see another dentist again. I recently went to see Dr.Sepahi for a root canal. Going in i was scared/nervous for weeks before my appointment because im pregnant and i heard so many horror stories about the pain of a root canal . However Dr. Sepahi made me feel at ease and assured me this will not be a painful process. Throughout the entire process i did not feel a thing, at one point i almost fell asleep. Now this is how i want to feel when i get dental work done, RELAXED. I definitely recommend Ideal Dental Solutions, the staff and the doctors are amazing and they provide beyond excellent service! Im happy i found a dental solution where i dont have to be scared every time my appointment comes!

Very impressed with Dr. Bachour and the technology used to create my 3/4 crown. The dental assistant, on the other hand, needs to remember that theres a person to whom the mouth belongs. At one point she wasnt paying attention and squirted water down the right side of my cheek. She didnt try to assist wiping it up, nor did she apologize for not paying attention. Instead she tried taking the sprayer out of the left side of my mouth before it was done squirting, so water was dripping onto my left cheek. Additionally, while using the large white suction device, she forgot that the pressure she was applying to get the right angle prompted my lip to get pinched...time and time again. Again - overall very pleased and would recommend them, but the recommendation comes because of Dr. Bachour - NOT the assistant until she steps up her patient care game.

Dr. Adili just completed a full mouth reconstruction on me. It was a long journey but I now have a brand new set of teeth and the crowns are fabulous. Everything Dr. Adili does is done perfectly! He always made sure that I was not in pain and explained every stage of the work he was doing and the work to be done. He removed 16 old gold crowns that were almost 25 years old. All had decay underneath which led to three surgical removals and implants plus four root canals. In over 60 years of being seen by dentists around the world, I dont believe there is a better dentist that Dr. Adili. He is a consummate professional whose skills are second to none! Thank you Dr. Adili for your awesome care, extraordinary craftsmanship, and attention to every detail. Best Regards, Russ

First, let me begin with saying that the staff is wonderful here. I have no complaints with the dentists or dental assistants. The issue I had was with Ideal Dental Solutions not providing a payment program. I was not made aware of the total price of my dental work before having them take me back, and finishing the procedure. This was fine, considering I thought I could pay some during that visit, and then get billed for the remainder at a later date. I was then blindsided by the astronomical cost at the front desk, followed by a "Sorry, we dont do payment plans, the total cost is due right now". Please be aware that you need to take it upon yourself to ask the total price of your services before being punched in the gut with a payment that cannot be spread out!!

Well lets see, My appointment was for 9am, I was seen at 9:30am.I had new insurance from my wifes company. Big Problem. The benefits person took almost a half an hour just to determine that without special member numbers and other info, i gave them my Medical card and a Brand New Dental insurance form from my wifes company. That didnt work. So, I could either A, not be seen at all, B reschedule, or C pay now. Also, again, I was given yet another Doctor. 3rd new 1 in 6 months. She was nice, but, she looked at my teeth for less than 1 minute. I have been a patient for years, the turnover at Ideal for staff is appalling. Why doesnt any one want to work for this company? Why should I continue coming to this company? Will Ideal be in business in 6 months?

I have been coming to the Ideal Dental for a long time, but the last appointment was very unsatisfactory. The hygienist seemed very green in the procedure. She was jerky and rough with the gums and twice poked the gum with the sharp instrument. I did alert her to this fact. She kept asking me if I had diabetes even though I said NO. When I was leaving she finally asked me again and I had to say that last week I had an annual check up by Dr. Dale Matthews and that I have a clean bill of health. The coordination of rinsing the mouth with water and suction was poor. Once it spilled on me. This questioning did not sit well with me. I am an informed patient and I know the health information should be given to the dentist.

I LOVE Ideal and I rarely say that about companies, let alone a dentist. The first appointment I had, the staff sat down with me for 15 minutes and went over my insurance plan and what was and was not covered with them. They were patient and explained everything very clearly. The hygenist Ive had the past two times is amazing. The first time I knew should have been rough; it has been a while since I had gotten my teeth professionally cleaned so I braced for some pain. Nada. She was gentle yet firm and my teeth felt great after. The doctors are also great, so is their front desk staff. Not to mention the most comfortable chairs while you are being seen and your own TV... what is there not to love?

I just went in as a new patient for a checkup and cleaning. First they explained what my insurance covered so I could make informed decisions when the time came. I saw Dr. Frist, who is wonderful! Shes very good about explaining everything she sees, and answered all my questions without seeming rushed. She gave me the most thorough dental exam Ive ever had, and told me what she was doing the entire time. The hygienist who did my cleaning was friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. She was very thorough and today my teeth are whiter than Ive ever seen them (and this was just a basic cleaning). The entire experience was great, and Id recommend them to everyone I know!

My over all experience with the managing team, technical staff was great. Few good words about Dr Adili. I recently got treated for root canal and few fillings. Dr Adili had a thorough knowledge and understanding about my issue and he was clear on what needs to be done. Today after a month from the treatment time I feel good and comfortable based on the treatment and confidence he gave before I left his office. Speaking of the assistant (Samantha) who joined the Doc in the procedures, she is thorough as well with knowledge and techniques. Throughout the procedure time I never felt pain or irritation. I thank them for taking care of my case thoroughly and detailed.

I had an appointment to get my teeth checked and cleaned. Before seeing the dentist one of the office workers reviewed my insurance policy with me and very clearly pointed out that "cleaning and preventative dental care" is cover 100% with no deductible required. Without consulting me, the dentist gave me a "mid-level cleaning" which IS NOT covered by my insurance at 100%. He also told me that he wanted to replace all of my fillings. This also happened to a friend of mine at work. I would not recommend Ideal Dental Solutions (unless you want to pay to have unnecessary work done in your mouth.)
