Discrimination against middle-class at its best. Never been treated so awful by a dental "professional" before. the first visit was pleasant, (dentist said she could help me with my TMJ symptoms), but the office staff seemed very pushy. pushy to get in quick to get the work done b/c my teeth are "awful". Dr. Kazerooni asked if I got my fillings done in a third-world country. When I started asking more questions about the cost thats when everything started going downhill. when looking over my treatment plan they sent home with me, I called back asking questions b/c they were wanting me to pay at minimum $15,000 just to start. the front desk staff said the dentist would not go over plans over the phone and told me to come in. so when I came in (at my scheduled time), Dr. Kazeroonis first words to me were, "What are you doing here?". I told her I came in to go over my treatment options. she looked at me with disgust and looked at her staff and said some more nasty comments about not wanting to do the full work on me b/c I cant afford it and to not go over any more options with me. I asked more questions about the different options and she was just plain nasty, b/c I couldnt afford $15,000 to start doing my fillings. (she said it may be more depending on what else I needed to have done - root canals, etc). But this did not include my main issue: TMJ symptoms (migraines, insomnia, grinding, etc). these symptoms are keeping me from being productive at work and in life. she would not work with me at all on these symptoms. Just b/c I cant come up with $15,000 for fillings, she said she would not help me w/ my TMJ stuff b/c I couldnt afford it. she said she didnt have anymore time for me and had to go work with her other patients. If you can afford to give her a few luxurious vacations then go for it. shell love you and treat you with dignity and respect. But, if you are not rich and cannot afford to spend at least $60,000 on dental work, please dont go here. Shes very contemptuous.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kazerooni for many years and would say that she is an excellent dentist in many ways. First of all she is very punctual and values the time of her patients. Her staff is very professional and friendly as well. Secondly, her office has the latest technology and is the best equipped dental office I have seen. All the x-rays are digitally acquired and stored on computer so none of the uncomfortable films are needed. Secondly on the two occasions that I needed crowns, the crowns were made on site with the latest 3D machine called cerec. It was very convenient to have the crowns made in one visit , that saved having to come back to the office a second time for the crown fitting. She also performed deep cleaning on my teeth, because I have gum disease. She also used laser for the deep cleaning. She is truly passionate about the well being of her patients and their oral health and her advice is based on what she truly thinks is best for her patients. In fact she believes strongly in prevention to prevent more expensive dental procedures later on and is always stressing ways to take care of ones teeth. I also found her very friendly with good bedside manner. She is passionate and direct about what she thinks is best course of dental care. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and loved ones.

I, and my two children, have been patients with Dr. Kazerooni for almost eighteen years. I have great confidence that every time we step into her office we will receive the very best of care from her and her staff. I personally suffer, as many do, from a deep fear of dental work, so this praise is not given lightly. I have found the work and the attitude in this office to be exceptional. Dr. Kazerooni is dedicated to mastering and supplying current technologies. One of my favorite services she offers is an “inlay” procedure that has really impressed me. She has saved the core structure of several of my teeth that had very large fillings (from my childhood) by replacing the old filling with this porcelain inlay insert. Amazingly, she creates the custom insert in a water jet machine in her office during ONE visit. An older fashioned dentist would have defaulted to an inferior “crown” and I would have to make several trips. Another characteristic of her work I especially appreciate is her great attention to detail – yes, she is a perfectionist- which is exactly the quality you want in your dentist! As I said, I have great confidence every time I visit that I will be at ease and receive exceptional care from her and her dedicated staff.

I used to HATE the dentist. Prior to being referred to Dr. Kazerooni by a friend in 2007, it was at least five years since my last dentist visit. So many previous horrible dental experiences caused anxiety to the point that I avoided going. Dr. Kazerooni, Beatriz and Gloria are AMAZING. They have always been professional, friendly, prompt, caring and honest. I always fully understand the procedure beforehand, rarely feel any pain and I have never waited more than a couple minutes before being brought back. Going to get a cleaning is just another part of my day and I look forward to my visit, something I couldn’t say before. Everyone I have referred raves about them. Dr. Kazerooni does like to ask questions mid-procedure but Beatriz is usually there to decipher your response. She will continue to be my dentist until I move.

Dr. Kazerooni has been my dentist for 16 years. She makes sure that my teeth, gums and mouth are healthy. That is not easy since I have hereditary gum disease. She also knows the latest methods to keep teeth looking great! Let me also say how much I appreciate her "perfectionist approach. My health and smile have benefited from her approach. Beatriz and Gloria always make my visits special. They ask about my work and travels. Gloria remains patient when it takes me 10 minutes to figure out my schedule when making an appointment! Beatriz makes sure that I am comfortable when I need a procedure. I love the technology used by Dr. Kazerooni! Especially that cool camera. I highly recommend Dr. Kazerooni and her team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kazerooni for several years. I first came to her office for a consultation concerning a cosmetic procedure. I decided to proceed with a full mouth redo and have never been happier. In addition to her cosmetic work, she is one of the best dentists I have ever used. She keeps herself current on all the latest techniques, etc. In addition, I can not say enough about her staff. When you visit Dr. Kazerooni, you get the whole package. From the minute you walk in the door you feel at ease. Her staff is just as amazing as she is. So do yourself a favor and visit her office. You will not be sorry. Dont forget to ask for the new massage chair!!

I went to Sherry for a second opinion long time ago after getting a very high estimate from my previous dentist in Arlington. What made me stay with her was not just the fact that she is knowledgeable, but she was willing to work with me financially as I was going through some hard times financially. Her office staff was very helpful in helping me get my financing as I needed a lot of work. Doctor Kazerooni then gave me multiple options with some being less expensive than others. Being a student at the time also helped as she understood how student loans can be. She really cares about her patients. Thank to you and all your staff.
